Ltd (MPPTCL), which is a wholly owned Govt. of Madhya Pradesh Undertaking incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, invites applications from desirous Physically Handicapped Candidates (i.e. Orthopedically and Deaf Candidates) to fill up the following six Nos. (06 Nos.) against vacant positions in the Unreserved, Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe category in the cadre of Executive Trainee (Electrical) reserved exclusively for Handicapped Candidates belonging to Orthopedic or Deaf category of handicapped as notified by Competent Authority. Cadre in which direct recruitment is to be made Eligibility Educational Qualification Age Limit (As on ) Discipline Min% Max (Yrs) Aggregate Marks Executive Trainee (Electrical) (Regular) (Class-II) Recognized Degree in Electrical Engg. (ii) There shall not be any age bar for the regular departmental candidates possessing the required qualification and serving in MPPTCL. Note : i. No. of vacancies are provisional as indicated above. Horizontal reservation shall be applicable as per rules for indentified post for handicapped candidates. ii. The Company reserves the right to cancel any application or all the applications or the whole process of the recruitment for the above cadre without assigning any reasons whatsoever. iii. The minimum degree of disability of a candidate for concession / benefit would be as per directives of GoMP. Selection process : The merit list of the eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of percentage obtained in qualifying examination as indicated in the above table. The short listed candidates shall be called for interview. The final select list would be prepared on the basis of 80% weightage of percentage marks obtained in qualifying examination and 20% marks weightage for interview. Training duration & stipend : The Selected Executive Trainee (Electrical) shall undergo training for one year (extendable up to further 12 months). All the selected candidates shall be required to execute a Service Agreement Cum Surety Bond to complete the training and to serve the company for 5 years after successful completion of training. If, the performance of a candidate during the training period is not found satisfactory, his/her selection shall be liable for cancellation/termination. On successful completion of training, the candidates shall be given appointment on probation for a period of two years in appropriate cadre of the company structure. The Executive Trainee (Electrical) shall be paid a fixed monthly Rs.15,600/- per month during the training period..2

Service Agreement-cum-Surety Bond: The successful candidates shall have to execute a service agreement-cum-surety bond to successfully complete the prescribed training and thereafter, to serve the company as per rules. Pay scale & other allowances: The trainees on successful completion of training shall be inducted on probation in MPPTCL in the pay scale and other allowances as applicable as per Company rules. The services of the newly recruited Assistant Engineer (Transmission) shall be governed as per Company rules. General conditions : 1. The candidate who does not possess specified qualification need not apply. During the scrutiny of the original certificates at the time of interview, if any discrepancies are found or the candidate is found non eligible as per the prescribed eligibility criteria, such candidate shall not be allowed to attend the interview and his/her candidature will be rejected. 2. Candidates working in Govt./semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertakings, should apply through proper channel. 3. Candidates should submit a copy of their Caste Certificate as well as M.P. domicile certificate issued by the competent authority of Govt. of M.P. in prescribed format. The Caste Certificate issued from other States and those candidates, who are covered under migrated category, shall not be entertained as reserved category. 4. Candidates should submit the attested copy of their being Physically Handicapped Certificate issued from the Competent Authority. The percentage of disability should be indicated very clearly in the certificate. Candidates belonging to MP Domicile only should apply. Degree of disability should be as per norms fixed by Govt. of MP for getting reservation under Handicapped category i.e. the minimum degree of disability in order for a Handicapped person to be eligible for the post advertised would be 40%. The candidate shall be considered for appointment only against category of disability for which post of Handicapped is reserved(orthopedic or Deaf as the case may be). 5. Non-refundable Demand-Draft of Rs.250/-(Rs Two Hundred & Fifty only) drawn in favour of Regional Accounts Officer, MPPTCL Jabalpur towards stationary/postal charges shall be payable alongwith application. 6. Any dispute, arising out of the selection process will be dealt with within the jurisdiction of Jabalpur Courts only. In case of the disputes referred to the MPPTCL, the decision of the MD, MPPTCL shall be final and binding on both the parties. 7. All eligible candidates of Madhya Pradesh shall be reimbursed to & fro second class train fare/bus fare by the shortest route (within the jurisdiction of MP State) for attending the interview. 8. Candidates having a third child born on or after are not eligible to apply. A candidate having a third born child should submit date of birth Certificate of last born child for verification otherwise his/her candidature could be cancelled. 9. The selected candidates shall have to undergo prescribed medical test before joining the training. How to apply : 1.
