Angelika Bakenfelder(D) Ute Rücker(D) Erich Drotleff(D) Anna-Lena Marienfeld(D) Sarah Weidlich(D) Lars-Ole Lang(D) Thomas Lueg(D) 09.30h-12.30h: Group 1:Country tables 1) each school should prepare a table with specialities of the respective country concerning environmental topics as well as food or other traditional things, photos and reports on the respective project activities, laptops should be used to present working results achieved since September 2011. 1) The idea could be: Different areas of the earth have influenced the culture of the people living there in complete harmony with nature for thousands of years until the modern times started to equalize these differences. The architecture, the customs (working hours, holidays, feasts etc.) are very different in all our countries for good reasons. The same holds true for the methods of heating/cooling; producing and using energy; methods of farming and livestock breeding, the development of handicraft, typical cuisine even education, mating rituals etc. These traditional ecological ways of life have been changed as a result of what we have come to call globalization. Some people argue that the new global culture (in which materials/components/parts/ are shipped around the world (twice) to produce identical products (which are then shipped around the world again in case they are recycled) is not ecologically sustainable. Different classrooms for each working group. Group 1: (if possible, bring your own laptop) -Laptop for each school. -Each school should bring photos relating to the EMAS project (What areas/subjects are we specially good in and what areas are we specially bad in? Ute Rücker(D) Mária Bohus(H) Päivi Linnanto(FIN) Lars-Ole Lang(D) Sezer Aydin(B) Alexandr Šimáček(CZ) Jan Buchwald(CZ) Gábor Sebestyén(H) Andrea Tardini(I) Päivi Linnanto(FIN)
4 Group 2:Environmental Mobilé 2) The group should create a big mobilé with environmental focus. 2) The idea is to make the students/viewers realize: the interdependence between different aspects of our world (e.g. driving a Porsche and number of trees needed to balance out its CO2 emissions) the fragile balance between the different systems/elements of a system (e-g.: ecological footprint caused by average spending money of one EU teenager balanced out by that of (how many??) Indian/African teenagers) Group 2: -Thick branches as well as twigs (other materials). -Wire as well as a cord. -Paper in different colours. Angelika Bakenfelder(D) Johanna Palmgren(FIN) Robert Gabriëls(B) Thomas Lueg(D) Ivan Dominguez(B) Jakub Linhart(CZ) Lukáš Bošek(CZ) Kadi Väli(FIN) Sándor Bátori(H) Robert Gabriëls(B) Group 3:Green Room and Red Room Two rooms should be prepared: one green room which shows a clean and healthy environment, one red room which shows the impact of civilisation on the environment Group 3: -Coloured chalk -Window colours, thicker paper in different colours. -Eddings and other pencils Danny Daniëls(B) Enrico Artioli(I) Sándor Kasoly(H) Anna-Lena Marienfeld(D) Domenico Ieracitano(B) Lubomír Filip(CZ) Ondřej Dostál(CZ) Mensah Frederick Owusu(I) Enrico Artioli(I) Group 4:Table wall Create a big wall of tables covered by bed sheets containing environmental statements and pictures or other alternative ideas Group 4: -Tables and white bed sheets. -Colours to paint the bed sheets. Jaroslava Skalova(CZ) Cecilia Lombardi(I) László Kruzsic(H) Matias Jaakkola(FIN) Bence Almási(H) Malaguti Andrea(I) Ondřej Beran(CZ) Martin Beran(CZ) László Kruzsic(H)
