They had a great deal of success with the first Rødby center, so they have opened up a Billund center in 2009. 1. About Lalandia Lalandia Aquadome is just one part of the large multi-purpose facilities. It offers tropical atmosphere all year round and is a paradise for the whole family. The Lalandia Aquadomes in Rødby and Billund are Scandinavia's two largest waterparks. Slide down the funny water slides, ride the waves in the wave pool or simply relax in the jacuzzis.
2. Functional and modern changing rooms Lalandia offers very functional and modern changing facilities, taking into consideration the typical family needs. Approach toward child-friendly changing facilities means a lot more space for changing clothes is needed. There is a lot of space offered. The changing rooms offer special changing facilities for the very youngest members of the family. No troublesome keys are required. Visitors receive wristbands upon entry to Lalandia and they also use them as locker keys in Lalandia Aquadome.
3. Complete entry to exit solution Metra system includes electronic locks for changing rooms and Turnstyle Access Terminals positioned at the entrances to various atractions inside Lalandia centers. Lalandia Aquadome with the chaing rooms is just one of many internal areas of Lalandia in need of managing the visitor flow. Tusnstyle Access Terminals have been integrated with 3 rd Party turnstiles. Specific turnstiles selected by Lalandia for managing the visitor flow did not offer wristband retention functionality. Therefore Turnstyle Access Terminals have been used to provide this functionality and to manage bi-directional visitor flow.
4. Advanced software integration Customer's financial and access control integration requirements demanded real-time data exchange between POS and Metra system. Spectra HIS controls long-term guests accomodation while daily guests are processed by Micros POS. Both systems, Spectra and Micros, use Metra TCP/IP interface to push XML packages to Metra. These packages contain guest s RFID media information (cards, wristbands) and access control permissions / restrictions Metra system needs to respect to control access to various attractions inside Lalandia. Including permissions to use lockers inside Lalandia Aquadome. 5. Cashless Vending Payment using RFID wristband is supported by Micros POS integrated to Metra system. Visitors are able to pay at cashless vending points inside. When the visitor wants to leave the facility, the account needs to first be settled. Only then Metra system allows visitors to leave.
