Becker 12 Biographical Information After his study of economics and business administration in Germany and later in the United States leading to a degree in Masters of International Management, Joachim Becker started his career 1985 with American Express, International Inc, as Marketing Manager for Travel Related Services, London and Frankfurt. In 1988 he entered Management Consulting with PA Consulting Group, Düsseldorf, and was responsible for the recruitment of managers and specialised executives through advertisements and direct search. He took over the reponsibility for the organisation of the Berlin office in 1991. In 1992 he moved to H. Neumann International, Executive Search Group, Berlin office, as Managing Director/Partner. Consultant profile: Brigitte Lang 13 Biographical Information After her study of economics and business administration in Germany and Switzerland leading to a University degree in Economic Science, Brigitte Lang started her business career working for the Deutsche Bank AG as a consultant in corporate banking. In 1988 she held a position as Senior Consultant by joining PA Consulting Group and was responsible for Executive Search for renowned national and international companies. She took over the general management of a consulting and training company in 1994. Two years later she joined the Accord Group Germany on Partner level and had also been a team member of the international ICT Practice Group. In 2000 she became the founding Partner of ICN Management Consulting headquartered in Munich. With her main activities she was focussed on areas like Executive Search, Coaching and Business Development. Since April 2012 she holds a position as Partner of Becker Management Consulting responsible for the Munich office. Practice Areas Brigitte Lang has more than 20 years of business experience as a Consultant focussed mainly on executive searches in Technology & Telecoms, Automotive, Life Science and Consumer Goods. After graduating, he worked as a solicitor for three years. Helmut Jacobs has been active in executive search since 1995. In 1999, he founded his own recruitment consultancy Dr. Jacobs Personalberatung/Frankfurt, specializing in Financial Services with focus on the insurance industry. His assignments encompass middle and senior management positions as well as specialists in Germany and in the foreign countries of Europe.
