5 OUR EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS TEAM IN GERMANY Dr Oliver Seiler Tel Mobile Dr Oliver Seiler, LL.M. (Cornell University) and a German Rechtsanwalt, is a partner in Allen & Overy LLP. He heads the International Capital Markets Group in Germany and co-heads the firm s EMEA ECM practice. Oliver has broad experience in international equity capital markets transactions, particularly capital increases (rights offerings), IPOs, convertible and exchangeable bonds and block trade transactions/ accelerated bookbuilt offerings. He has also been widely published in these areas and has co-authored a number of legal handbooks and legal commentaries.
