The director will be on staff with NETwork, and will report to the Executive Director. Equipping student leaders and volunteers to minister with teens is a crucial part of this position. Ministry Profile The Teen Ministry Director will oversee ministry with two groups of youth: middle school and high school. For middle school, the director will be responsible to lead the already established FLAVA after school ministry, three days a week. For high school, they ll be responsible to launch and lead a new high school ministry, two times a week. While we expect this new ministry focus to be partially shaped by the giftings of the Teen Ministry Director, this is the vision we are currently working toward: One night a week might be focused on reaching a large group of teens through a fun night of games, music, skits, and more. The other meeting time might be focused on discipling a smaller group of teens who want to grow in Jesus. We are open to alternative proposals for a high school ministry model. Teen Ministry Director Job Description NETwork Ministries; Chambersburg, PA Position Summary: Directly responsible for leading after-school ministry with middle school youth and for launching a new high school ministry with teens two days a week in Chambersburg, PA. Must provide direction, oversight, and facilitation of ministry with neighborhood teens, and lead a team of student leaders and volunteers in doing so.
