CONDITION OF COMPETITION The Following conditions, together with any additions or amendments as published by the Organizing Committee at the host club, will apply under Rule 33-1 to this Championship. GENERAL 1. Pondok Indah International Junior Golf Championship 2016 will be played at the Pondok Indah Golf from 20 th of December 2016 through 22 nd of December 2016 in accordance with the rules of Golf as approved by The R&A Rules Limited and with the Local Rules as approved by the Organizing Committee. ELIGIBILITY 2. Entries are open to all boys and girls who are 17 years old of age or under on December 22 nd, 2016 with following handicapping divisions: Boys Division: Group ` Max. Course H cp Max. USGA H cp Index A (15-17 y/o) 12 10.2 B (13-14 y/o) 16 13.5 C (11-12 y/o) 20 16.7 SPECIAL(18-21 y/o) 12 10.2 Girls Division: Group Max. Course H cp Max. USGA H cp Index A (15-17 y/o) 12 10.2 B (12-14 y/o) 16 13.5 C (9-11 y/o) 25 24.9 SPECIAL (18-21 y/o) 12 10.2 3. All entries will be subject to the approval of the Organizing Committee (OC) which reserves the right to accept or refuse, or having accepted, subsequently reject any entry without giving reason for its decision. 4. Entrants must conform in all respects to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by The R&A Rules Limited. 5. As additional to the above, the Committee reserves the rights to conduct a qualifying round for first time entries without specified USGA Handicap Index as mentioned in Point 2 and those who did not make cut at the Pondok Indah International Junior Golf Championship 2015. Such qualifying round shall be played on Sunday, December 18 th 2016. For qualifying round please refer to special note. 2

FORMAT OF PLAY 6. The Championship will be decided by stroke play over three rounds of 18 holes. 7. The Overall Boy and Girl Champion shall be the player with the lowest gross aggregate score over the three rounds. 8. Players will also complete in the respective age groups. They are : Boys Girls a. Boys A 15-17 years a. Girls A 15-17 years b. Boys B 13-14 years b. Girls B 12-14 years c. Boys C 11-12 years c. Girls C Under 11years d. Boys Special 18-21 years d. Girls Special 18-21 years 9. A team Event for Boys and Girls will be held in conjunction with the Championship. It shall be played over three rounds of the Championship. Each team will be represented by two/three players, any combination of Class A and B players. The team total daily scores will be based on the two best scores of the team members of each round. The Winning teams shall be the team with the lowest combined gross scores of the team members for the three rounds. 10. In the event of insufficient entries, the Team Event may be cancelled. 11. A special flight for Boys and Girls that are not eligible for the tournament will be played in conjunction with the main tournament. Prizes will be available for this category. SIZE OF FIELD 12. The field will be limited to a maximum of 120 participants. 13. After 36 holes, the field will be cut to the 78 leading players for each category to meet the final round field of 26 groups. The allotments are as follow: Boys (A+B) Division:Top 42 players; Girls (A+B) Division: Top 30 players; Boys Special: Top 3 players; Girls Special: Top 3 players. ENTRY 14. The entry fee per player is US$ 150 (Foreign Players), Rp. 1.500.000,- (Indonesian Player) and must be submitted after entry approved by committee (see the website). Payment should be made to the following account : Bank Central Asia. (IDR) BCA 2370215556 Magdalena Netty (USD) BCA 2370301231 Magdalena Netty There will be no refund of entry fee after the closing date The caddy fees for the tournament already included in the entry fee * Caddy tip of Rp150.000 per round shall be borne by the player. 3

15. Entries must be on the Official entry form duly endorsed by the Captain/Secretary/Club/Association. (If a player has his handicap Index maintained at more than one Club, he shall play of the lower/lowest Handicap Index. 16. Entries must be submitted to the Organizing Committee no later than 30 of November 2016 17. The OC reserves the right to limit, accept or reject entries. CLOSING DATE 18. The Closing date is 5 of December 2016 at 17.00 or 5.00 p.m. Late entries may be accepted at the sole discretion of the OC. DRAW 19. The draw for the first and second rounds will be made by the OC prior to the Championship. 20. The draw for the final round will be based on the cumulative gross of the preceding rounds. TIME OF STARTING 21. Players shall start at the time and in the order indicated in the draw. No substitution of players and changes of starting times shall be permitted after the draw has been made. 22. The OC reserves the rights to fix and/or alter the starting times. SUBMISSION OF SCORECARD 23. Player should check their card in the returning area (scoring table) and correct and duly sign it. Any doubtful points should be settled with the OC before returning the scorecard. 24. A player is deemed to have returned his/her scorecard and no further amendments may be made once he/she has left the returning area (scoring table) or the demarcated area where they exist. DECISION OF TIES 25. Individual Event In the event of a tie or ties for the first place, the champion shall be decided by a hole by hole play-off to take place as soon as practicable. The purpose of the playoff is to decide the Champion only. In the event inclement weather or other reason to make the play-of impractical, the Organizing Committee s decision to determine the Champion is final. 26. All other ties will be decided on the lowest score for the last 18 hole (or the last 9 or 6 or 3 or 1 holes). If tie still arises, the score for the 2 nd round and, if necessary, the 1 st round will be treated in the same way until a decision is reached. 27. Team Event 4

In the event of a tie or ties for the first and any place, the tie will be decided on the lowest combined team score of the last round. If a tie still arises, the combined team scores of the 2 nd round and, if necessary, 1 st round will be used until a decision is reached. The Organizing Committee s decision to determine the Winning Team is final. SUSPENSION OF PLAY FOR DANGEROUS SITUATION (NOTE TO RULE 6-8b) 28. The specimen Condition in the Rules of Golf in effect - see page 158. 29. All practice areas that are in open areas shall be closed during suspension for a dangerous situation until the OC has declared them open. INCLEMENT WEATHER 30. In the event that the first round of The Championship cannot be completed, it shall be continued on the next day prior to the commencement of the second round. 31. In the event that the second round of the Championship cannot be completed, it shall be continued on the next day prior to the commencement of the third round. 32. In the event that the second and/or third round of the Championship cannot be completed, the rounds shall be abandoned. The result of the Championship will then be based on the completed rounds. CADDIES 33. The use of caddies is allowed for this Championship and players are only allowed to use the in house caddies and no parents or official are allowed to caddy the player. 34. Players shall walk at all time and are not allowed to use any motorized vehicle during the stipulated round unless allowed by the Rules officials. PACE OF PLAY 35. Rule 6-7 (Undue Delay; Slow Play) will be strictly using the the Group Pace of Play system. See separate memorandum to players for the Pace of Play guidelines. DISPUTES OR DOUBT AS TO PROCEDURE 36. If there is a doubt as to the correct procedures, players are to refer to the Tournament Rules Official. If a Tournament Rules Official is not immediately available, a player (having notified his marker) may elect to play two balls in accordance with Rule 3-3 and obtain a ruling at the conclusion of the round, prior to signing and the return of the scorecard. 37. No spectators (including parents or accompanying officials) are to enter into any discussion on a matter under dispute. TOURNAMENT RULES OFFICIAL/REFEREE 38. The Tournament Rules Official/ Referee s decision on all matters pertaining to the Rules of Golf is Final. 5

INSURANCE 39. It is assumed by the Committee that all players have appropriate golfing insurance. Distance Measuring Device 40. Players must not use any distance measuring device in any form during the stipulated round. Use of any such Distance Measuring Device will be a breach of Rule 14-3. Penalty for breach is DISQUALIFICATION. LIST OF CONFORMING GOLF BALLS 41. The specimen Condition in the Rules of Golf is in effect - see pages 155-156 PRIZES 42. The Following prizes will be awarded: a. Boys & Girls Champion; b. Boys group 5 best gross winner ; Girls Group 3 best gross winner. c. Top three teams d. Prizes for the Special Flight will 3 best gross winner for Boys and Girls. Note: The Champions are not eligible for the Age Group Best Gross Winner PRACTICE 43. Official practice is provided on 19 December 2016. For tee time, please report to the club s starter. Practice should be finished by 14:00 hours. 44. No multiple ball play shall be allowed during the official practice round. 45. Players are not allowed to practice on the course after their round on any day of the Championship. 46. The driving range will be opened at 05.30 hours during the Championship.(Players will be assigned with 50 balls each prior to the start of the tournament during the Championship.) 47. Range balls are chargeable at IDR 50.000,- per 50 balls for players who wish to use the driving range facility after each round. WELCOME RECEPTION 48. All players are invited to Opening & Welcome Reception on 19 December 2016 at the Pondok Indah Golf Club. PRIZE PRESENTATION 49. All players are invited to a Prize Presentation Luncheon on 22 December 2016 at the Pondok Indah Golf Club. DRESS CODE 50. Players must be properly attired on the golf course. Blue jeans, designer jeans, round neck T-shirt and tank tops are prohibited. 6

51. This dress code will be used in conjunction with any additional dress code restrictions of the host club. A player violating this dress code will not be permitted to start the tournament. A violation of this dress code by player during the stipulated round must be rectified without undue delay or the player will not be allowed to continue play. 52. Soft spikes shoes are compulsory. CONDUCT OF PLAYERS 53. All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, irrespective of how competitive they may be. 54. Any action contrary to the spirit of the game such as abusive language, throwing of clubs, or other disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated and may result in a player not being able to continue in this competition. 55. The use of mobile phones (except in an emergency) and smoking are not allowed on the course. SPECTATORS/ ACCOMPANYING OFFICIALS/PARENTS 56. Spectators/accompanying official/parents must remain on the cart paths at all times. They must stay off the greens and out of the bunkers at all times. They are prohibited from using golf buggies. 57. They should maintain a reasonable distance from the players to avoid the appearance that they are imparting advice or assisting the player in any way. They may approach a player for a moment to exchange clothing, food or beverage, but should not have prolonged contact. 58. Those found violating these policies may be asked to leave the course. OFFICIAL HOTEL 59. TBA LOCAL TRANSPORTATION 60. Local transfer from hotel to club and vice versa will be provided to players staying at the official hotel during the Championship AMENDEMENTS TO CONDITIONS 61. The OC reserves the right to amend these Championship Conditions. 7
