1 Rules of the event GamersOrigin Faeria Clash Introduction: Respecting ethics, sportsmanship, and common courtesy. Any player taking part in GamersOrigin Faeria Clash is expected to be held to the following regulations. He/she is obligated to read, approve, and respect the information contained in this document. GamersOrigin is strongly attached to the values of ethics, mutual respect, and good sportmanship. By approving these rules, the player makes a commitment to recognize a defeat with dignity. They also make a commitment not to make a fool of their opponents in both victory and defeat, and to refuse to win by illegal means or deception. The player also makes a commitment to abstain from any form of violence verbal, written, or physical against his/her opponents or tournament staff. GamersOrigin expects from every participant to be responsible and respectful towards others. GamersOrigin banishes from its tournament any words of racist, sexist, anti semitic, homophobic, or negationist comments, as well as inciting hatred or expressing sympathies toward terrorism. Any participant violating these rules can be held liable before the French courts, and penalties for the offenses shall be taken at the discretion of GamersOrigin according to the gravity of the facts. Article 1: Object and impact of the regulation The present settlement is established by the management team of GamersOrigin Faeria Clash, an on line tournament of the video game Faeria, created by Abrakam. The organizer is GamersOrigin. Every person taking part in the tournament as a player is kept by the present regulation, whether or not this one was formally approved. GamersOrigin Faeria Clash, below called "the tournament", is a tournament opposing 524 French and international players according to the following distribution : 8 pro or semi pro players directly qualified for the final phase (April 23/24, 2016). The selection of these players is made at the discretion of GamersOrigin/Abrakam and cannot be the object of any recourse by participants or the candidates to participation. 512 players divided between two 256 player online qualifiers (April 16/17, 2016). The tournament will be partly broadcasted on the Twitch channel of GamersOrigin from April 23, 2016 until the end of the tournament. The selection of the matches which will be broadcasted live is made at the discretion of GamersOrigin and cannot be the subject of complaints.

2 Any participating player agrees to conform to these rules for his/her participation and the whole duration of the tournament. If a player fails to respect the present rules, he exposes himself to penalties which can range from a simple score disadvantage in a match to disqualification. These penalties are taken at the discretion of GamersOrigin/Abrakam and cannot be subject to any request or appeal. The tournament may be streamed by any player. However, like the official stream, all games that are spectated or otherwise streamed in any way must have a stream delay of 10 minutes applied in order to avoid any issues of cheating from the viewers. Article 2: Player Registration Registrations are made on a dedicated area of the official website of the tournament, available at the following address : Registrations will be closed 12 hours prior to the beginning of the online qualifiers (April 16/17, 2016). Article 3: Tournament format A. Qualifiers The format of the online qualifiers will consist of 6 rounds of Swiss brackets. One round lasts a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes. To accelerate the tournament, a round can also be close 10min after the end of the last match of this round. We will warn the player through the Discord channel. For each round, two players confront each other according to the following rules: Best of 3 Wild : Players must declare 3 deck lists before the beginning of the tournament. This will be done using in game features that will be specially provided for the tournament. A player must win 2 games. Players may use any deck they wish to begin a round. Once a game is lost or won, any player can change his/her deck. The first player to win two games is declared the winner. Players shall start games just after the official announcement. A player who is 10 minutes late will start the match with a penalty of 1 game loss, starting with the score 0 1. After 15 minutes of lateness (or more), the player shall be disqualified, offering to his/her opponent an automatic 2 0 victory. There is not a loser bracket. Since this tournament uses Swiss rounds, all player will play 6 games. In case of a dispute, screenshots may be sent to referees in order evaluate the situation. Whenever possible, GamersOrigin will provide a referee for each match. No deck can be modified during a round.

3 The matches will be played under a limited amount of time. Each game of Faeria will be played with an allotted 12 minute Time Bank per player. During each game, both players will have 12 minutes (24 minutes in total per game) to play. If a player use all of their Time Bank and goes over the 12 minute limit, they will lose the game. The Time Bank is reset after each game. The Time Bank will be indicated in game by the Faeria interface and does not need to be kept track of by players. Players may use their allotted Time Bank as they wish. The regular turn time is not removed whatsoever. If a player finish top 4 in both tournaments, his second spot into the finals will be given to the next players in the ranking in the second qualifier. B. Final phase format The Final phase will be played in a 16 player single elimination bracket, with no loser bracket. A match is played Best of 3 Wild with the same rules as qualifiers, except for the grand finals which will be Best of 5 Wild. Every match will be arbitrated by a member of the tournament staff. Time Banks and Round Time limits will not be utilized in the finals. Seeding for the brackets will be randomized. C. Scores Scores of each match must NECESSARILY be recorded on the dedicated website (Battlefly) before the end of each round. In case of a dispute, no score may be confirmed or validated if no screenshot proving the veracity of the enquirer s request was provided. Players are invited to provide a screenshot for each victory they expect to be validated. At the end of each round, the winner of a match will earn 3 points, the loser will get none (0 points). In case of a draw, both players will earn 1 point each. In case of a Bye, that player earns 3 points. At the end of the tournament, the 4 players who earn the most points will advance into the final phase. We will be using the Swiss tiebreaking system utilized on the Battlefy website, but in case of any exact draws using this system, tied players will play an additional match to determine placement. Every tournament phase has its own referees and its own supervisor. All of them are contactable on the Discord channel which is accessible via the Faeria client or the Battlefy overview page. D. Qualification for the final phase After the 6 Swiss rounds, the 4 players with the best score from each qualifier bracket will be invited to join the final phase along with 8 invited pro players. We will be using the Swiss

4 tiebreaking system utilized on the Battlefy website, but in case of any exact draws using this system, tied players will play an additional match to determine placement. E. Stream The final phase will be broadcasted with a slight delay on two official streams : English (with Lothar & Aquablad) and French (GamersOrigin team). Tournament matches can be casted on any streaming platform with a mandatory 10 minute delay minimum. Article 4: Schedule and timetable GamersOrigin does not accept any liability in regard to any issue with the Battlefy website, but commits to make every possible effort to ensure the tournament happens in the best way possible. Except in exceptional cases, a round lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes or ends 10min after the end of the last match of the round. The organization will update scores after every round and announce the next matches before the beginning of the next round. If your match is mentioned in chat by tournament officials to be held in reserve for streaming purposes, you must wait to begin your game and invite the assigned observers. Article 5: Cash prizes Abrakam & GamersOrigin commit to pay, at the end of the final phase, a prize for the 3 best players of the tournament, divided as follows: Winner: 2 500$ Runner up: 1 500$ 3rd place: 1 000$ In addition, the following in game rewards shall be provided to the following placements in the qualifiers: 1st 4th place : 2500 Gold in game 5 8th place : 2000 Gold in game 9 12th place : 1500 Gold in game 13 16th place : 1000 Gold in game No other shape of reward or gain can be asked by any participant for their performance during the tournament. Every participant accepts the following points: Article 6: Personality rights

The use by GamersOrigin of his/her Faeria pseudonyms, his/her image as well as of any element of its personality in the respect of the person of the latter by quotation, distinction, reproduction, representation, on the occasion of the promotion of its activities, operations of public relations, interviews, relations with the media, as well as the advertising and promotional operation of GamersOrigin, on any media and supports. 2. The participant makes a commitment not to refuse that his/her matches are broadcasted and commented live on the channel Twitch and the Youtube channel of GamersOrigin. 3. The participant authorizes the derived exploitation of his/her Faeria pseudonyms and its image in the respect of the person of the latter by reproduction on any advertising documents exposed, in particular, on web sites possessed by GamersOrigin and/or communicated by any broadcast, radio media, by press or by display on public, by Internet and any present electronic, telematic means and those to come. 4. The participant gives up to GamersOrigin the exclusivity of copyright on any contents submitted within the framework of his participation to the tournament. The candidate refrains, except express authorization from GamersOrigin, to broadcast the productions made within the framework of his participation on his own media or any other media belonging to third parties. Article 7: Non observance of the regulation / Penalties The competition is placed under the authority of a director of tournament, which is responsible for the application of the rules. The director will make decisions regarding disputes, and give warnings, pronounce penalties towards the players guilty of a breach. A player suspecting a case of cheating or breach of the settlement can submit the case to the management team of the tournament which will study the facts and the circumstances. The player will have to supply all the information which could help the referees of the tournament in their investigation. After the study of the case, the director of the tournament can pronounce penalties towards the guilty player, ranging from simple score disadvantage in a match to definitive disqualification.
