What does Gravitate HR offer as your Outsourced HR Department? The opportunity to outsource first line enquiry and response for managers and employees working to agreed service levels. A managed service available through helpdesk technology; telephone support and online portal for reference documents. To provide detailed and effective HR support across all areas of your Organisation. This will involve providing case management, appropriate letters and detailed guidance notes on how to progress specific HR issues. To assist Managers in dealing with specific HR cases by providing detailed advice relating to staff performance management, staff appraisals and disciplinary matters, restructuring, job evaluation and re-location. To update and provide template HR policy documents which Managers can access to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice. To provide detailed support and case management in all aspects of HR related practices. To provide HR training sessions as requested. Currently we are the outsourced HR provider to a range of organisations in the public, private and not for profit sector. Our level of engagement is specific to their needs, set out in a engagement document, monitored and evaluated to ensure high levels of retention and customer satisfaction.

How can Gravitate HR assist with Case Management? Proven track record of offering independent investigation and project management of HR Cases. Work in partnership with in house HR teams providing additional resources or where HR team can not be considered to be impartial or qualified to deliver desired outcomes. Full recording and accountability throughout the process working to service level agreements and agreed budgets. Experience includes Appraisal, review and performance management processes. Conflict resolution mediated and other approaches. Disciplinary and Grievance Handling. Employee communication and engagement strategies. Executive profiling and resourcing. Job Evaluation, salary benchmarking. Policy Development. Resizing or realignment of organisation or departments. Resource management including recruitment and selection strategies.

Our strategic and executive proposition We work with you to identify key business and organisational objectives and must haves to scope out practical activities that will work towards achievement of your goals. These can include different types of approaches, for example Learning, Development and Coaching - our team will propose bespoke workshops and learning activities in key areas including Customer service. We use this means of secure and confidential communication channel to share and manage documents with our outsourced and consultancy clients. This helps to provide an efficient and effective HR service to you, particularly when using the Helpdesk. WE have provided a few easy steps for you to access and navigate your way around the GRACE site. Steps to take to view our demo site 1. Log into https://portal.gravitatehr.co.uk/grace/ 2. Enter your username and password predetermined by Gravitate HR. 3. You will land on the home page (which should look like screen shot below). 4. From this screen you can navigate around the following HR Templates this section, allows you to view flowcharts for a particular process, to download HR template letters that may be applicable to you to issue, during these processes. The Helpdesk log in this takes you to the Gravitate HR Helpdesk (external site), to log queries. Your Account this provides details on your relationship with Gravitate HR there might be a signed contract or board reports within this section Your Employees within this section you can store all your personnel files electronically therefore a safe and secure back up to the traditional filing cabinet. Discussion Board allows you to start discussions with fellow colleagues or members of gravitate HR (a bit like a forum). Diary of events this will be updated with any legal changes, seminar dates or anything of importance to you. 5. Grace is always on the right hand side to guide you through each page.
