Drug and Alcohol Assessments and Treatment Resources Reach For Youth, Inc. Perry Township Office 788-4451 The Alcohol and Other Drugs program is for any youth who abuses alcohol and/or other drugs, has a family member who abuses alcohol and/or other drugs, or is referred by the school or Juvenile court for an alcohol and/or other drug offense. A formal referral is not necessary and family, friends, churches or agencies may refer anyone age 7-17 into the program. Sliding fee scale, co-pays range from $5 & up. Medicaid and some insurance accepted for payment. If you are in need of a drug and alcohol assessment to identify whether a problem with drug and alcohol use exists, and the extent of that problem, the fee is $150. Ala-Teen and Al-Anon Programs -Offers a fellowship of relatives and friends of persons with addiction to share their experience, strength and hope. Local Al-Anon meeting is on Sunday evenings at 7:00pm. The local contact person is Karen and her number is: 882-5357. There are no local Ala-teen meetings but Indianapolis has a variety of them.
