Preface This issue presents the part of scientific articles of the authors participated in the "International Summer School "Paradigma" - Summer - 2015". These articles are published on the basis of an agreement between the Organizing Committee of the school "Paradigma" and the Science Book Publishing House (Yelm, WA, USA). International conference of the summer scientific school "Paradigma" brought together on its site a great number of scientists, graduate students, doctoral students and specialists from several countries. Not so long ago, there was the International Russian-Bulgarian scientific conference [http://bulletinpp.esrae.ru/209] with the participation of scholars, graduate students, doctoral students and specialists in the field of education and psychology, with the financial support of the administration Southwestern University "Neophyt Rilski" (Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria). Then the participants were representatives of Bulgaria, Russia, Belarus and Macedonia. This conference of the International Scientific School "Paradigma" - summer 2015" has become a kind of a continuation of the last year arrangement with the broader geography of participants and a large number of submitted reports and messages. The range of discussed issues has significantly expanded. It seems there had been the different countries, the "procrustean bed" of subjects hadn't announced in advance, but the most of the materials has become the continuation of the earlier international scientific conference conducted by e scientific journal "Bulletin of Education and Psychology of South Siberia" and SU "Neophyt Rilski". Perhaps this is the best evidence of the relevance of this problem regardless of the country, political preferences and differences. These common interests and the current real and the actual future development of psychological and educational sciences are integrating the whole scientific community of scholars, graduate students, doctoral students, masters and practicians of education. The event held by "Humanitarian scientific journal" and the Research Institute "Paradigma" with the activity and initiative of the staff members of authoritative "Portal of postgraduates" [www.aspirantura.spb.ru], and with the participation of authoritative scientists whois included in the Organizing Committee of the conference, turned the idea to this international forum. This volume presents the papers on pedagogy and psychology of authors from Belarus, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The topics and the posts, covering a wide spectrum of scientific disciplines within the psychological sciences are also interesting. In addition to traditional aspects thatare habitual for the perception of any specialist of the science, there are several authors who have presented completely new or fairly original themes of messages on the use of IT in psychology, The current experience gives us a confidence that the further activities of the 5
International Scientific School "Paradigma" will be successful and there will be the expansion of the geographical boundaries of our cooperation in the field of pedagogical sciencesthat will lead totheexchanging of experiences, achievements, ideas applied to the solving problems in the preschool and school educational institutions, in teaching specialists in higher education, as well assolving actual psychological problems.
