In 1976, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Economics, Professor of political economy. In 1980, he received a scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, Doctor of Economic Sciences. He underwent internship abroad (University of Amsterdam/Netherlands/, Austrian banker's College/Austria/, University of Maryland/United States/). Since 1979, he is working at the Faculty of Economics. Currently he is Professor of Department of National Economy History and Economics Studies. He works at the Faculty of Economics since 2002 as the Head of educational-scientific laboratory of network and information technology in economics.
