Installing casters 1. On a safe surface, carefully tip the unit towards its back. Use a dolly if available. (FIG 1 & 2) 2. Line up the holes on the caster plate with the holes on the bottom of the unit (FIG 3). 3. Secure the casters using the provided screws, one caster at a time. 4. Carefully set the unit upright on its casters. 5. When the unit is in the desired location, set brakes.
Adjusting leveling feet If your cabinet is on levelers they will already be installed. Levelers will need to be adjusted to make certain the doors are even and close properly. 1. On a safe surface, carefully tip the unit towards its back, using a dolly if available. 2. Twist feet clockwise or counter clockwise to make the them longer or shorter as needed. Inserting and removing shelves 1. Hold shelf with the notches on the corner of the shelf closer to you (FIG 4). 2. Tilt the shelf until it can clear the interior of the unit, and move it inside the cabinet (FIG 5 & FIG 6). 3. With the shelf still angled, move it vertically until it is on the clip corresponding to the desired height. 4. Engage the notches on the side of the shelf with the clips on the back side of the unit (FIG 7 & FIG 8) CONTINUED ON NEXT PAGE
5. Once engaged with the clips on the back FIG 8 (DETAIL D), slowly lower the shelf horizontal until it s engaged with the clips on the front (FIG 9). 6. To remove the shelves, push them up from underneath to disengage from all four clips. 7. Tilt the shelf to clear the interior of the cabinet.
Adjusting the euro hinges Below, you ll find the steps to adjust the euro hinges. For your reference, a video demonstration can also be found at www.heartwork.com on the product page. 1. Euro hinges have three different screws that can be adjusted in order to align the doors in all three directions. 2. Locate the first screw in the hinge plate (DETAIL P). 3. Locate other two screws in the hinge (FIG 9 & FIG 10). 4. Rotate the door to a point where cut out on the hinge is aligned with the screw as shown (FIG 9). 5. Using a phillips-head screwdriver, turn the screw clockwise or counterclockwise to move the door. 6. Rotate the door outward to a point where the screw is visible and accessible (FIG 10). 7. Using a phillips-head screwdriver, turn the screw clockwise or counterclockwise to move the door.
Cleaning & care Wipe your Heartwork product with a damp rag and mild detergent as needed. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials when cleaning. Be mindful what you place on the item surface so as to prevent unnessary scratching. Periodically check and tighten hardware.
