Reasons to Pursue Honors courses 3. CW has documented better work habits and ability to sustain rigor during high school when students start with English 9 Honors Freshman students taking English 9 Honors develop these important skills which transfer to other higher level subjects later on. AP is the Varsity team in academics Our freshmen develop the foundational freshman and JV skills in Eng 9 Honors and Eng 10 Honors.

Students will be required to complete a selfexploratory writing assignment over the summer.
