New 800MW STG Super Bloc New 800MW STG Power Plant Summary All the major components of the above STG Power Plant and all necessary ancillary equipment are all in-situ, stored and maintained in new, un-used, condition as per the OEM power manufacturers specifications. Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment has been manufactured to OEM specifications and tested all ready to ship immediately The acquisition of the above plant will expedite installation time-line and commercial operation of the facility by approximately 2.5 to 3.5 years - the STG Boiler alone would take at least 2/3 years to build under normal circumstances likewise the switchyard components would take several years to build if ordered now - time is money. The annual projected revenue for this 800 MW plant is available based on an energy sale price of 4 cents per kwh. The expedited commercial operations date more than offsets the cost of the unit.
Major Equipment Status Turbine Generator and Accessories 100% delivered Steam Generator Engineer and Supply 100% delivered Steam Surface Condenser Stainless Steel tube blank plates and wide band coil tubing Condensate Pumps 100% delivered Switchyard completed and ready to ship HRSG Plant efficiency in excess of < 60% Designed to operate in high temperature environment Feedwater Heaters Stainless Steel tube strip coils and carbon steel ingots for forgings Boiler Feed Pumps, BFP Booster Pumps, 100% delivered S/U Pump & Salt water desalination plant for downstream water sales This particular Super Bloc is designed to run on several different fuel types, including, but not limited to Heavy Fuel Oil and Liquid Natural Gas. It is complete with electric generating unit comprising a nominal 800 MW GE steam turbine, tandem-compound 4-flow single reheat unit with throttle conditions of 3500 psig, 1050 F/1100 F. The Steam generator is rated at approximately 4,650,000 lbs per hour capable of burning natural gas. Custom fuel sources are also optional features of this particular design and are available at extra cost The plant design heat rate with this power block is 8725 BTU/kw-hr with turbine control valves wideopen (VWO) and average ambient conditions with a circular mechanical forced draft cooling tower, electrostatic precipitator, and a wet limestone flue gas desulphurization system. All cycle design has been incorporated into the equipment for sale, and cycle information is available for all other normally desired conditions. Included with the block procurement of the equipment listed for sale is the design documentation of the power block. This includes all drawings, specifications, calculations, 3D modeling, etc. at the stage that currently exists. For sale separately are the continued services of the engineer of record for this design.
A summary of the status & design is as follows. All the plant is this Power Bloc is brand new, fresh delivery, has commissioning cycles only, and is under manufacturer s warranty - this is the latest technology from General Electric and all its OEM Suppliers and Partners it is complete, ready to be transferred and produce power immediately. Financials Firm acquisition price for the unit is $550 million USD + Installation. The annual revenue for the 800 MW coal project is projected at $198,504,000. This is based on an annual availability of 85% and an energy sale price of 4 cents per kw. This is calculated by multiplying 800,000 kw times 8,760 hours per year, times 85% availability, times 4 cents per kwh. An improved availability would increase the revenue stream Downstream potable water availability for urban development The actual revenue generated is dependent on the PPA obtained from the purchaser of power. Full Financing is Available
How to the next Step Register Potential Buyer with ICA (USA) INC and schedule a site inspection of all equipment Should the potential Buyer wish to place a hold on the equipment, we can arrange for a deposit to be placed with our Escrow Lawyers in London in the amount of say $30m whilst inspecting same - that would then place an exclusive Hold on the equipment for say 30 days, possibly 60 days, if the value of the deposit is increased to say $50 million. The Buyer would inspect the equipment and have the negotiated timeframe to finalize the purchase. If the Seller is satisfied with the equipment and finalizes a commitment to purchase, the deposit is transferred in total to the Seller. If the potential Buyer decides not to purchase the equipment, then the deposit would be returned to the potential Buyer. Timeline The unit is immediately available - a site inspection can be scheduled to meet the Buyers schedule. Note, recent events in Japan are proving detrimental to the nuclear industry and there is a chance the owner may decide to withdraw the unit from the market and complete the originally planned installation. Additional Possible Services Feedwater schematic see attached.
Addendum miscellaneous ICA (USA) INC Group can install this 800MW STG Super Bloc tomorrow the entire project management is on standby ready to go at a moments notice our entire EPC+M team is RWA to go to Iraq/Libya/Burma/etc, and go to work immediately there is no 2/3 year build time required to build the steam boilers - that has already been accomplished the same applies to the switchyard. That has also been built & delivered - all the heavy lifting has already been done Please note this project is subject to prior sale Addendum/Notes
