GEneral conditions The ticket for a tour entitles the holder transportation and the guide service. Cancellation: 24 hours before the departure 50%. After that, no refund is granted. Children under 4 years of age are carried free. Children between 5 and 10 years pay 50%. Insurance required by Portuguese Law. The tour, and type of vehicle, may be changed without notice. Luggage is carried at client s risk, these being advised to watch the loading and unloading of their belongings. Complaints: these will only be accepted in writing once directed to the agency where the reservation and payment were done, within limit of 15 days after the service has been rendered. Complaints can only be accepted after details have been communicated to respective suppliers (hotels, guides, local agents, etc) during the trip or stay, demanding the respective documents to confirm the incident.
