For example you might want to link all of your bedrooms as one zone and control them as one unit. Or if you have several radiators in one room or open space, they can be grouped into a zone so you don t need to control them individually.

evohome User Guide 7 Getting the most from evohome Access evohome from Anywhere The evohome smartphone or tablet app lets you control your heating wherever you are. So, if you re away from home and need to turn your heating off or on, or up or down, you are always in control. To manage evohome with your mobile device you ll need a Honeywell Internet Gateway device. If this isn t in the pack you bought, visit evohome.honeywell.com to find out more. Connect your Remote Access Gateway to the evohome Controller follow the instructions in the installation guide Set up a mobile user account go to mytotalconnectcomfort.com and follow the instructions there Download the app visit the Apple app store, or Google Play for Android phones

evohome User Guide 15 The settings menu The settings menu lets you manage your evohome Controller and personalise your settings Device settings change the date, time and language, control your display settings and set a security passcode (default 0000) Room settings change the name of a room, change the display order of rooms on the home screen, or reset a room schedule to the original settings Quick actions personalise the settings used by the quick action functions

16 Living with evohome Batteries evohome Controller batteries The evohome Controller uses rechargeable batteries which should not need to be replaced. If the batteries need to be charged place the evohome Controller back on a powered Table Stand or Wall Bracket. If necessary, replace with AA 1.2V Ni-MH 2000-2400mAh batteries only.
