Installing AGO2GO on a Mac 10.8 or Higher This has been confirmed to work with Mac OS X 10.10.4 "Yosemite" We will be installing 3 applications and adding some settings that will streamline the login process. The 3 applications are as follows; 1. Citrix Receiver 12.0.0 (I ll use the abbreviation "CR" in the instructions) 2. NetScaler Gateway 3.0.2 (I ll use the abbreviation "NSG" in the instructions) 3. Endpoint Analysis 3.0.0.32 (I ll use the abbreviation "EPA" in the instructions) Along with these instructions on ACE, there is a file named "AGO2GO Mac Apps.zip" that you can transfer to your Mac's Desktop. When the zip file is on the Mac, double click the zip file and it will create a folder called "AGO2GO Mac Apps" containing the 3 application installers. The installers end with the suffix ".dmg" in this folder. We will be installing the apps in the order they are listed above.

Click Close when the install is finished.
INSTALLING NETSCALER GATEWAY Double click the "Citrix_Access_Gateway.dmg" file and it will create a mounted disk on the Desktop containing the installer file. Double click the "Install Citrix Access Gateway Plug in.pkg" file.

SETUP THE APPLICATIONS Setup Citrix Receiver Open the Finder and go to the Applications folder and double click the "CR" app. Click on the CR name in the menu and choose Preferences.
Under the General tab CHECK the box "Show Receiver in menu bar" and click the red button to close the window. Click on the CR name in the menu and choose Quit CR. Go to the menu bar, click on the CR icon and choose Quit.
Setup NetScaler Gateway Open the Finder and go to the Applications > Citrix folder and double click the "NSG" app. Click on the "Connection:" drop down menu to open the NSG Preferences window.
Under the Connections tab add the following settings; Connection: AGO2GO Server address: atg.cag.wa.gov Click the General tab and CHECK the box "Show NSG status in the menu bar" and click the red button to close the window.
To login to AGO network make sure the Connection is set to AGO2GO in the drop down menu and click Connect. In a few moments is will ask for your AGO2GO login credentials, enter them and click Log On. Username: Your AGO2GO username provided by ISD should look something like, ATG****100 Password: Use one of these two options depending on what you have; If using a keyfob, the password is your PIN plus the FOB numbers displayed (no space). If using a mobile smartphone token (the RSA application on the phone), the password is just the numbers displayed (no space).
IMPORTANT: At this window use your AGO network username and password to logon (NOT your AGO2GO credentials that were used earlier). These are the credentials you use to logon to your PC when you come to work. These are the AGO2GO applications. Use the "Log Off" button to logout before quitting the browser.
NETSCALER GATEWAY LOGIN ITEM To setup the NetScaler Gateway application to open automatically when logging on to your computer. Go to the Apple icon in the menu and choose System Preferences. Choose "Users & Groups"
Choose the "Login Items" tab and click the "+" button to add an application. Navigate to the Applications > Citrix folder, select "NSG" and click the Add button.
When you login to your Mac the NSG window should open automatically. If it does not, it's because of a conflict between the CR and NSG apps. You'll need to quit the CR app first, then open the NSG app. To close the CR app, use the CR icon in the menu bar and choose Quit. Make sure you're quitting CR and not NSG. After this initial setup of AGO2GO you will NOT be using Citrix Receiver at all, the only app you will be using is NetScaler Gateway, everything else works in the background. Tip: For quick access to an app you can drag it from the Applications folder into your DOCK and it will create an alias of the apps. This does not move the app, it should still be in your Applications folder, this just creates a shortcut to open it.
