Go Green! Shop from our Digital Catalogs online All School Specialty store items are available and can be ordered in one cart! Click a store to begin. You will be routed to the store s home page. Click LOGIN/REGISTER to begin Enter your User Name and Password. Click SIGN IN Create Shopping Cart There are five ways to add items to your shopping cart for purchase 1. Order By Item 2. Digital Catalog 3. Keyword Search 4. Category Browse 5. Upload file 1

Order By Item Allows you to key catalog item numbers for quick order entry Key your Catalog Numbers and Quantity. Verify your items. Click Add to Cart. Your item will be added to your shopping cart. You will be able to see the item product and pricing details. Click Order By Item to add more items to your cart. Click Home to return to your home page. Shop Our Digital Catalogs Allows you to browse our paper catalog online and add items to your cart. Digital Catalog allows you to flip through catalog pages (next/previous), allows quick access to page numbers, table of contents, and index. Also allows keyword search. Once your desired product is found, click the item number to add it to your cart at your discounted price. 2

Once your item is added to the cart you can adjust your quantity and click Resume Shopping the Online Catalog to return to your catalog page. Keyword Search Enter the key word description of your desired product and click GO Your search results will display. Click the item name for more information, See price in cart to see your discount price, or Add to Cart. Category Browse Click your desired browse category to see available products Each category will further break into sub- categories for a specified product search. Shopping Cart Click to submit your cart for approval, Save Cart to save for future use, or Save To List to create a list of your commonly ordered items for future purchases. 3

Budget Codes To add a budget code to each line of you order, click Add Budget Code Budget Codes Select your items, choose a Budge Code (new or existing), click Assign. Once each item has a code, click Items to return to your cart. Shipping Info: Choose your school from the drop-down down list of schools. Your name will display as the Attention To. Click Change Attention To to reference another user. Choose your shipping date by clicking the calendar icon. Click Continue. Billing Info: Choose Invoice or Credit Card as your payment method. Add a PO Number.. If you do not have a PO Number, use your last name. Click Continue. Review your items. See your approver listed. Verify shipping and billing information. Click Save Cart or to submit for approval, click Submit Order. 4

Order Confirmation You will receive confirmation your order was submitted for approval. Your approver will receive an email notification automatically from the system. Track any of your orders from the My Transaction History section of the Orders menu. Thank you!
