3 Activating an account What's in the mail you received The username (or login name) is always composed of the following data: Your DITEC Customer ID + _ + caps letters for First Name and Family Name of account Password: this is randomly generated by the system We will see later how you can modify to your liking Access link to activate your account. Please note that for security reasons, the link works only on PCs on which the mail was sent 1 Click on the link
4 Activating an account 3 Copy and paste your username and password received in the mail in the appropriate fields and then click on LOGIN 4 To select the correct username and password, be careful not to copy the spaces: NO YES Please note that: - When you access the e-commerce for the first time, do not type in a username and password but copy and paste from the received - After 3 wrong attempts your account data entry locks! After activating the account, you can access e-commerce from Partner Area on the Home Page of our website
5 Home Content Toolbar START: it is the home page. After a certain period of time you are in the e-commerce site without navigating, the account becomes inactive. "Start" brings you back to the start page at any time in order to sign in again 2 PRODUCTS: it s a catalog of products available at any time. Useful in pre-sales as it contains all products information 3 ACCOUNT: it is the operative section of the site, within which you can work for: - Work on carts - Create models - Work on your personal account - Place orders - See invoices - View and perform maintenance on users 4 CONTACT: it allows you to send DITEC requests for technical and commercial information
6 Account management and password change Menu "ACCOUNT - My Account" 2 Choose a password at will and retype to confirm 3 Choose from the dropdown menu the "Secret Question" and type your secret answer 4 Customize and / or complete your personal data 1 go to "Account" from the dropdown menu and choose MY ACCOUNT" 5 Choose the language 6 Set "multiple carts." We will explain later, in a chapter on the use of carts 7 The manager has the ability to place a spending limit as you like (eg I want to limit the outputs of orders). It can also be set to validate and / or personally approve orders
7 Creation and functions of an account (or user) Step 1 Please note that: - Only the user that is established by you as a "manager" of e-commerce is allowed to create new accounts and to maintain the site. Inform DITEC on those who you want to be "Manager" so that you can be enabled for this feature. 1 Go to ACCOUNT" in the dropdown menu and choose "View users". This will display all active users of your company 2 Click on CREATE USER" to create a new account - user

We remind you that your user name will always be composed as follows: Your DITEC Customer ID + _ (Underscore) + capital letters First Name and Family Name of the account Ex: Alessia Orrico: 06848_AO In the following slides we will see how to fill the "User Functions"
9 Creation and functions of an account (or user) Step 3 The manager will put a flag to the various user functions depending on which users will use e- commerce. A flag can be set to more than one field for a same user. User Functions Manager Commercial Sales Financials Has access everywhere. Consult the data, place orders and have access to the financial side. It can also manage to maintain the site and create new accounts Can only consult the data Can search the data and place orders He has access to the financial administration relating to invoices and payments
10 Searching for a product Step 1 If you know the name of the product, you can type the name, and click SEARCH
11 Searching for a product Step 2 If you do not know the name of the product you are looking for, you can search in the following ways: From the dropdown menu of the PRODUCTS section (In this mode, the page loads faster) 1 List (found on the left) contains the categories and sub categories of products divided by type (ex Gate automation - sliding gates) 2

13 Choosing a product Step 2 2 If you do not know the name of the product you are looking for, click one of the sub-selections that allow you to filter the data further and reduce the range of choice

15 Button "COMPARE" Step 1 If we reduced our choice to two products, but we're not sure about which is the most suitable to our needs, key COMPARE compares two or more items. Proceed as follows: 2 Click on "COMPARE" Put a check on the items you want to compare 1

17 Fields in red Step 1 Fields in red are active fields. This means that they are "clickable" and that contain within them all the information related to this product 1 If you click ex. on CROSS3E (go to the next slide)

Will appear a new window, where we find the following information: 1 2 Product name, code and description of it Gross price, discount and net price 3 The quantity, by default always 1, it can be changed 4 Detailed description, better specified in the next slide 5 Any alternatives that you may have to purchase the selected product
19 Specific information of a product SPECIFICATIONS Contains product technical specifications SPECIFIC ACCESSORIES List of accessories that can be matched to the selected product DOWNLOAD From this section you can download product documents, ex. functionality, catalogs, documentation etc..
20 Carts You can access the carts from: Menu ACCOUNT - CARTS 1 Clicking on the cart icon we find in the lower left 2 Name of the cart and its contents (in this case, the cart is empty) By clicking on the triangle appear all carts you may have open. You can choose to: 3 - Working on one of the carts already open - Create a new one 4 5
21 Carts Please note that: The carts stay open until you complete the purchase process. Until then you can continue to put items in your cart, even at different times. 1 Click on ACCOUNT - CARTS to view all existing carts. 2 3 ID: the number given by the computer system Name cart, which can be changed at will Click on the cart I want to see Last modified when the cart is reloaded or modified Creation date of the cart N.B. The symbol always indicates the selected column to sort the data Eg. in this case the data is sorted by date Last modified"

25 Carts - Cart Content You can always rename the cart at will The number in brackets counts the "rows of order" in the shopping cart. The number increases as you enter items Open carts. Is displayed in red one on which you are currently working on. You can go from a cart to another simply by clicking on the name of the cart Items currently in cart I'm working on Product name and product ID included prefix Customer discount Total price of the content
26 Carts - vary quantities already included in the carts To change a quantity previously entered: Modifying ex. the amount of from 3 to 2 for prod. CROSS5EH - Click on "Update". All data will be updated 2
27 Shopping Carts - work on multiple carts Part 1 Working on "multiple carts" means having the possibility to work at the same time on multiple carts. In this way, for example, you have the ability to add the same code at the same time in more than carts. You want to insert ex. the code. BATK3, already in the cart Mr ROSSI", also in the cart "Automations for Gates": 1 - Flag on BATK3 2 - Click on "Copy" To be continued on the next slide
28 Shopping Carts - work on multiple carts Part 2 - This will open a dropdown with all the open carriages - Choose the cart where you want to insert into BATK3, in this case Automations for Gates" and click on "Copy" The same procedure can be applied for the other buttons (MOVE- DELETE-COMPARE)
29 Carts: specific accessories Part 1 If an article, ex. The CROSS5EH, has specific accessories that concern it, you will always find the information "Show Specific Accessories" To be continued on the next slide
30 Carts: specific accessories Part Just click on Show Specific Accessories to be shown a list of referring specific accessories Click on "Add" to insert one of these items in your shopping cart. Please note that the system will add a default item quantity as 1. Change it manually if you wish to order different quantities, bigger than 1 To be continued on the next slide
31 Carts: specific accessories Part 3 Please note that the last item added is always displayed as the first line of order.
32 Carts - add notes While ordering, you can enter notes - General notes - Some product specifications/details Clicking on balloon icon you will see a window like this in which you can add a comment. The balloon icon will turn black, and indicates that inside there is a comment
33 Creating Templates Part 1 Templates are useful if there are any items that are ordered on a repetitive basis. The models are not static but can be changed at will at any time. They can be a very useful basis from which place orders. Let's see how to create a new Template Go to "ACCOUNT" and click TEMPLATES Click on NEW to create a new model To be continued on the next slide
34 Creating Templates Part 2 3 Name the Template, for example when you have scheduled order/fix period (for example monthly order, ) 4 Enter in Quick Search the codes and quantities of items to be included within the Template and click on SAVE
35 Use Templates With "Reminder frequency" you have the opportunity to be advised, for example monthly, that you have to place an order for this material To add Template articles in a cart: select items choose the cart
36 Order confirmation - Purchasing Operations Once finished entering items in the cart, click on Checkout to start the purchasing operations
37 Final confirmation by pressing the PLACE ORDER 1 As seen in the previous slide, you can click Change to change the shipping address 3 Enter your progressive order number and press SAVE 2 Billing details Click on "Shipping you can see the notes and details entered on the dispatch (Ref. Step4) 5 4 You can enter notes and details for the shipment 6 At this point, PLACE THE ORDER
38 Change Shipping Details On Order details, click on Change if you want to change some settings Shipping Address Details Select the desired type of preparation/delivery Enter the delivery date Enter any special instructions for shipping Shipping with TNT Account No Select the kind of transport Decide whether to receive the order only if full or partial
39 Confirmation Once order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation summary. The , in addition to the summary order, contain and collect your purchase and a number of Web Reference generated automatically by the system
40 Order Status When our system acquires the order, the status changes from "Order submitted" to Confirmed and shows the number of order confirmation As the order is processed, the Status changes from Confirmed to "Partially Shipped" (partially processed) or "Shipped" Please note that clicking on the order number I ll see all the details of shipping / delivery / availability related to that order
41 Order Status Once the order is processed, the invoice is issued. Clicking on the invoice number will open the detail of its contents, including the total amount evaded or Partially processed The symbol always indicates the selected column to sort the data. Eg. in this case the data is sorted by date Due." With this mode, clicking on the column title, you have the ability to search, or consult the data based on the desired priority
