2 Shopping Cart: Live Parts Availability Improvements Stock availability in EasyParts is live and always up to date. Reservations made in our ERP system, results in instant reduction of the available quantity in Easyparts. If the desired quantity is not available, the system will calculate the earliest expected ship date. This date is based on the actual incoming purchase order for the item in question. For items that are not carried in stock, the system will generate the earliest expected ship date, based on the general lead time. 2

3 Shopping Cart: Better Overview & Faster Response Time Improvements Better overview, because last added item is now placed in the top of the cart. Faster response time, because the shopping cart only updates when you click on the update button. 3

4 Documentation Improvements A significant number of documentation files have been uploaded to EasyParts, including: Spare parts manuals Technical information Bill of materials. All types of documentation are easily found by: Serial number search for a specific compressor 1970 Browse for different compressor types from the expand view menu. Searching for a specific part number. NB! See search examples on the following slides! EasyParts will continuously be updated with more information and documentation. 4

Type serial number and click search Click on the link to see all items sold on this specific order number. 6 Browse Compressor Types 1970 Browse for compressor types and models under PRODUCTS. Choose brand Select either recip. or screw compressors Click on the plus icon to expand the menu and browse for specific compressor models. Use the menu to find all relevant information: Couplings Parts lists Bill of materials Tools Documentation Click to download relevant files 6

7 Item Search Type a part number OR search words in one of the search forms. Press ENTER to search. Search result for Substitute shows, that has been replaced by Overview informs about weight, stock and shipping related issues. 8 More Improvements on the Way Oil analysis system migration to EasyParts The oil analysis system known from Allparts has been migrated to EasyParts. The migration to EasyParts ensures you the full functionality on one complete platform for Johnson Controls Parts Centre. The system will allow for you to submit your tests online and keep track of all progress and results. Visually the system will be very intuitive and easy to use, and in essence it will be similar to the system that was previously available through Allparts We are pleased to inform you that our oil analysis online system is also in its final stages of testing and will be live on Easyparts in the near future. 8

9 More Improvements on the Way New online warranty system in EasyParts The new warranty system is designed specifically for warranty issues relating to installed spares purchased through the Parts Centre. The new warranty system will be an independent addition to the existing ROC system, but with a much more user friendly approach. The result will be a much smoother experience, which ultimately will lead to shorter processing time from claim to credit note. Online inquiry ticket system in EasyParts The online inquiry ticket system will make it possible to create a ticket for technical inquiries or requests for quotations directly in EasyParts. The inquiries will be processed by our Global Technical Customer Support Team. Currently we are working on a full implementation of the inquiry ticket system in EasyParts, in order to make it available for all users. 9
