Introduction This manual describes you the Administration functions, and the necessary information for running AJ SHOPPING CART. The most important part of this documentation is the Administration Reference where all settings and preferences are defined. It is recommended that you thoroughly test your administration preference configuration before taking your site live. Logging in to AJ Shopping Cart To Sign in to AJ Shopping Cart Admin Control Panel: Click on your Internet icon. Admin need Firefox/Microsoft Internet Explorer. Type in your domain address for ex: http://www.yourdomain.com/admin (you may wish to save this address to your favorites so you do not have to type the address in again). In the provided user name and password fields, type in your user name, press TAB to move your cursor to the Password field, then type in your password. Press ENTER or click on the LOGIN button. Admin Dashboard Admin Dashboard helps Admin to know the entire statistics of users and products of AJ Shopping Cart. When Admin first login to the home page, it will contain some quick links. Admin can know the status of site in this single page. Figure 2 10
INVENTORY Products View Products This page list outs the details of all the products available. Admin can move between the products by clicking the Next or Previous button in the bottom of the page. Admin can also search a product using the search panel. Admin can also add, edit or delete a product from this page. Figure 3 11
Add Products This page is used to add a new product in the store. Switch between the tabs for entering the details of the product including their images, price, general information, shipping cost, variations if any etc. Figure 4 12
Add digital products This page is used to add a new digital product in the store. Switch between the tabs for entering the details of the product including their images, price, general information, shipping cost, variations if any etc. Figure 5 13
Featured Products This page lists all the products for enabling a product as featured product. The featured product will be visible at the store front. Admin can update a single Product or multiple products by selecting the check box and clicking the update button. Figure 6 Product Reviews This page lists all the reviews about a product with the details about posted on, posted by, review summary, product name etc. Admin can also export the reviews from this page in different formats. Inventory This page list out the details of stock available for all the products in the store. The respective status of each product is displayed near each product. Admin can also edit the available stock details from this page by clicking the edit icon. Figure 8 Edit Product Inventory In this page Admin can update the stock details of the selected product. Products Bulk Upload In this page the Admin can upload the products in the bulk manner. The TSV File that is being uploaded should be in the right format like the downloaded one. Figure 10 Images Bulk Upload In this page the Admin can upload the images in the bulk manner for the products that are available. The TSV File that is being uploaded should be in the correct format like the downloaded one. Figure 11 16
Export Product The Admin can export all the products in Excel, XML, CSV and TAB Formats from the panel in the page below by clicking the export button. Figure 12 Category Main Categories In this page Admin can add main categories, edit and delete it. He can also use the search panel for searching the main categories. He can also add sub categories from this page. Figure 13 17
Add Main Category In this page Admin can add a new category with a detailed description, landing content and visibility status of the category. If the category visibility status is set to hide it will not be visible for the user at the store front. Figure 14 Sub Categories In this page Admin can add sub categories, edit and delete it. He can also use the search panel for searching the available sub categories. Figure 15 18
Add Sub Category In this page Admin can add a new sub category with the sub category icon and visibility status. If the sub category visibility status is set to hide, it will not be visible for the user at the store front. Figure 16 Export Categories The Admin can export the all the categories in Excel, XML, CSV and TAB Formats from the panel in the page below by clicking the export button. SALES & ORDER Order List This page lists out the orders placed by the customers in the store front. The Admin can view the billing and shipping details of each order in the bottom panel and he can also use the search panel to search the orders. Figure 19 20
Edit Order In this page the Admin can edit the available orders and update the current status of the order. Figure 20 21
Create Order In this page the Admin can create a new order from the Admin side while the product is being purchased through the cash on delivery or pay in store. Figure 21 22
Export Order The Admin can export the all the orders in Excel, XML, CSV and Tab Formats from the panel in the page below by clicking the export button. Figure 22 View Customers In this page Admin can add view the available list of customers. Admin can also active or deactivate a customer from this panel. Admin can use the search panel for easy searching. Figure 23 23
Edit Customer Details In this page Admin can edit the customer details for the store from Admin side. The customer can login to his panel at the user side using the email-id and password provided in this panel. Figure 25 24
Customer Group Management In this page Admin can add, edit and delete customer groups. The discount values are given in percentage basis. Admin can place the users in the particular group during the customer creation from the Admin side. The customers who are registered from the store front are placed in default group. Figure 27 25

Site Settings In this page Admin can change the entire settings for the site. From the site logo, site motto, custom header, home page banner etc. Admin can modify the time zone in which the site is to be shown at the user side. Figure 30 27
Admin Settings In this page Admin can change the name, email-id of the Admin. The Admin can also change the password provided for him from this panel. Figure 31 Payment Settings In this page admin can edit the details of the available payment gateways. Make sure that the Merchant ID admin is entering belongs to that particular payment gateway. Tax Settings In this page the Admin can enable the tax settings based on country wise or one tax rate for all the products in the store. If no tax is needed he can enable the tax free option. Currency Settings In this page Admin can add, edit and delete the existing currency settings.
