3 Introduction This primary objective of this project is to uplift the look and the functionality of the existing site: suncoastreoholdings.com. The target audiences of this site are the real estate investors and the real estate brokers. So this site needs to look more high-end and cater to their expectations and interests. The tasks on this project will involve creating new logo and new template for the website and creating dynamic platform for easily managing contents/articles on the website. A control panel will be built on the backend of this platform that will allow site administrator to add real estate properties that are on sale. Admins will be able to easily add/edit/delete these properties and also add pictures and videos to it. These real estate properties will be shown to the general users in a very user-friendly manner. User Identification The website will have 2 distinct types of registered users General Users General users are the general public who will access the site for various information. These users will be able to interact with the site by reading the contents, Looking up the real estate properties listed on the site, signing up the for the newsletter or more information about each property etc. Site Administrators Site administrators are the users that will have access to the backend of the site and will be able to manage every aspect of the website including but not limited to the contents, property listing, pricing, users etc

4 General User Functionalities Project specification for suncoastreoholdings.com Home Page Home page will feature the main navigation for the site and list some of the latest properties on details. Links to the latest articles and news on the site will also go on the home page. Register Users can register to create an account to the site. Registration will allow users to save the properties on their account. Login Users will be able to login to the site using their address and the password chosen at the time of registration. Retrieve Password This will allow users to retrieve the forgotten password. An with the password reset instructions will be sent to the users when they enter the address they used to register the site. Edit Profile Users will be able to edit their personal details on this section. Personal details for private users will include following fields Full name Address Postal code City Country Home phone Office phone Property Details page These pages will display full details about the certain property that the users click on. The layout of these pages will be such, so that users can get overview of the property at a single glance. Save Properties on their account for future review Users will be able to save the properties they like for future reference. An alert is sent to the user if any changes are made to the property that is on their saved list. This will allow the users to keep track of changes in price, other details etc. of those properties. Users will need to be registered and logged in to save these properties

5 Tell a Friend This feature will NOT require user to login. Link to tell a friend will be available on each of the property details page. It will allow users to send the link to the property details page to the address they enter. Question Forms There will be question form on each property details page. This will allow users to ask specific question about a certain property easily. These question and subsequent answer can be shown on the property details page if admin chooses to. Contact form This will be simple contact form that will allow users to contact the site administrator. This will send an to the account registered through admin section

6 Admin Section Manage Real Estate Properties. Admin will be able to add/edit/remove real estate properties that are on sale. For each property admin will be able to add details such as address, small description, Current price, terms of lease etc. Picture Manager For each property on sale, admin will be able to add several (unlimited?) images. Admin will be able to upload the images, sort them in the required order and delete the images too. Videos manager IF a property has a video, Admin can upload it to the youtube and enter the URL of the Video to the property manager. This will embed the YouTube videos on the property details page. Manage Users Admin will be able to add/edit/contact/remove any users from the site. They will also be able to download the list of user names and that may be required for campaigns. Content Management System The CMS will allow admin to create contents for the different pages. This will be multi-lingual so that when users switch the language on the front end, they will see the page on the chosen language. Support System This will be simple support system that will allow admin to track the mails that the users send using the form on the website. They will be able to send the response immediately and keep track of conversation that they have with the users

7 Other Features Search Engine Friendly The site will be highly optimized to perform well of search engine rankings. The internal linking, URL structure and the source HTML will be written in way that facilitates the search bots to index more of the pages at shorter time. Social Media Integration Each page on the site will have Facebook like button, tweet button and Google plus button, so that users can easily share the site pages on their social media sites. News Manager This will be a simple plug-in where admin will be able to add news articles. These news articles will be shown on the front end of the site
