Position: Admissions Counselor Will develop assigned territory to recruit freshmen and transfer students and will serve as liaison with schools to promote the college to prospective students. Interviews prospective students, maintains files, determines merit scholarship eligibility, serves on appropriate college committees, and sends information to applicants and family members. Involves some traveling to high schools, colleges, and planned events. Must have a bachelor s degree, computer proficiency, and one year of sales, admissions, or interviewing experience. Position: Database Report Writer Will manage data, verify data accuracy, and be able to present data as usable information using charts, graphs, aggregates, statistical computations and data manipulation tools. Prepares, analyzes and interprets reports created for end users and decision makers. Will use Power Campus Student Information System, CCure access control system and other systems. Will assist with developing policy and procedures regarding report writing, data standards, data extraction and database administration. Participates in testing new software and applications, works closely with all IT departments, and performs routine backup and recovery activities. Position: Director of Alumni Relations Provides leadership and direction for alumni programs and activities that connect alumni to the college and each other. Recruits, trains, and supervises alumni volunteers. Performs regular assessment visits with individual alumni to get them involved, creates contact reports, identifies and cultivates national networks of volunteer leaders to assist with the president s receptions and visits. Initiates and directs annual 25 and 50 year class reunions and homecoming events, as well as other school events and programs. Serves as moderator for the college s alumni association, collaborates with development staff, and supports fundraising initiatives. Must have a bachelor s degree and three to five years of experience in institutional advancement or a related area. Experience with administration of college alumni relations or development programs preferred. Some national travel is required. Position: Financial Aid Specialist Coordinates veterans benefits and student assistance programs, attends workshops on veteran s education benefits, and supports CLL s Veterans Educational Benefits Certifying Official. Assists with financial aid awarding, processing private scholarships, and various other financial aid processes. Position: Financial Aid Specialist Gwynedd Mercy College, East Norriton, PA Responsible for all aspects of servicing the financial aid process for students in the Center for Lifelong Learning.
