Lessons learnt Juggling concurrent activities is inevitable at management level Team work at institutional level hastens achievement of targets Keeping focused on TOR gradually leads to achievement of goals 11
Challenges and proposed solutions Difficulty in effecting meetings due to busy schedules of mentors engaged other mentors for additional support Challenged to balance the personal, TOR and MakSPH expectations did proper programming 12
Next steps Complete unfinished agenda: Completion of: Posting AIDS research inventory, UAC strategic plan development, update the HIV workplace policy Share manuscript for peer review Participate in coordination of intensified combination HIV project Make conference presentation Complete programmatic activity. 13
