Design and implement an evaluation protocol and report the findings to the key stakeholders. USAID (2011) Served as the Lead Consultant for Phase I - USAID MEASURE Evaluation Mid-Project Management Review. Evaluated and reported on human resource capacity, financial management, partner relations, project management structure and
3 global project communication systems. Facilitated a day-long partner meeting to discuss results and plan action steps. The goal of MEASURE Evaluation is to build global capacity for collecting, analyzing and using health data for better health outcomes. This project is a cooperative agreement with a $181 million ceiling. USAID (2011) Served as the Capacity Building and Training expert for Phase II of the MEASURE Evaluation Mid- Project Evaluation. Evaluated and reported on the sustainability of capacity building and training activities at national, organizational, team and individual levels for this global health project. USAID (2009) - Served as Team Leader for the Leadership, Management and Sustainability Mid-Term Evaluation Project in LMS is a global project designed to build health leadership and management capacity in health systems around the world. Center for Creative Leadership (2010-current) Serve as an Adjunct Consultant for the CCL Evaluation Team. This role includes the analysis and reporting of qualitative evaluation data for various projects such as, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Ladder to Leadership Project, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellows Program, the Cone Health System Physician Leadership Program, Mars Corporation Women Leading Powerfully Program and Leadership Gwinnett - Georgia.
