Oracle Policy Automation Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) is a new class of rules engine that makes determinations and accepts natural-language rule entry. A determination answers a question like Do I qualify? Natural-language rule entry means that you enter English language sentences using Microsoft Word and tabular information using Microsoft Excel no programming. The OPA Center of Excellence has the deepest product experts, but we are much more than product experts. Our OPA Consultants, who we call Policy Modelers, understand legislation, legal documents, corporate policy, and other rule-based source materials.
