This exhibit provides the distinction between the Executive Program Manager (EPM) and the Project Support Systems (PMSS) roles and responsibilities. Provide leadership and manage the establishment of a training and development program for the ITRP processes, systems, procedures and projects. Develop specific project goals and objectives, and assist in developing relevant benchmarking data. Draft all ITRP Procedures for project level governance and management for approval by the EPM. Review safety programs and procedures developed by the various contractors. Review safety reports and practices of the contractors. Respond to safety issues and recommend corrective actions. Review construction diversity plans for all ITRP projects / contracts in accordance with Diversity Policy and Procedures. Perform diversity compliance, monitoring and reporting. Respond to diversity issues and recommend corrective actions. Review and analyze construction progress reports and incorporate into project level status reports.
