Dugard 52 TT SY / Dugard 52 TTT SY Main Spindle and Upper Turret The upper turret is a 16 position servo turret Turret rotation and indexing are driven by a servo motor 0.001 extra high indexing accuracy The main spindle and upper turret allows for front machining on parts 2 nd Spindle and Lower Turret The 2 nd turret is a 16 position servo turret Turret rotation and indexing are driven by a servo motor 0.001 extra high indexing accuracy The 2 nd spindle and lower turret allows for back machining on parts Turret Design and Performance The specially designed oil cooled turrets achieve the high levels of repeatability and accuracy required when running large batches or demanding components. Each turret is equipped with a 5.5kW driven tool motor and 16 tool positions. 5
