2 Spark Machine Tool Co Ltd: an introduction to the company, its capabilities and its products Tianshui Spark Machine Tool Co., Ltd., is a major and very successful manufacturer of machine tools in China with expertise and experience developed during 40 years. It is the principal company within a fast growing group of machine tool building companies. Machines can be delivered with CNC or conventional control. Standard models are built from 850mm swing up to 2500mm diameter x 20,000mm between centres, able to support components weighing up to 63,000kgs. Very heavy duty machines built to special order can swing up to 6300mm diameter accepting 20,000mm between centres and able to support up to 150,000kgs Other horizontal lathe products include machines specifically for spherical turning, die turning, facing and Oil Country lathes. Each product line includes a choice of specifications and is normally supplied with CNC but can be supplied to conventional specification. Spark produces superb roll grinding machines, diameters from 1250 to 3150 mm and length from 4000 to mm. These are especially suitable for grinding the rollers and supporting rollers of rolling mills and rollers for paper production machinery and printing and dyeing industries, especially grinding the curve to concave or convex form. Another product range is precision cylindrical grinding machines, grinding diameters 30 to 630 mm and the maximum weights of work piece from 1500 tons to 4000 kg. It s suitable for user to grind the cylindrical or conical rotary work-piece. The company is totally self contained and enjoys total vertical integration of its processes:- design patterns casting or forging machining surface treatment - heat-treatment grinding gear cutting assembly painting commissioning packing - installation and service support. All departments of the company are equipped with the best measuring, checking and analyzing instruments to ensure operation within stringent international quality control standards. 6 CNC ROLLTURNING LATHES CK8463A SPARK build a large range of CNC roll turning lathes, precision and rough turning models CK84125 is an example of the machines produced primarily for rough turning. This range has models available for swing diameters up to 2000mm and to handle workpieces up to 63,000kgs. Spindle drives to 125kW. CK8463A is an example from the range of precision roll turning lathes. Available in this range are models for swing diameters from 400mm to 1000mm, lengths to 5000mm and weights to 18,000kgs.
