The key for this door is located in the key safe to the left of the door, you will receive the code with your directions There is PIR operated lighting in the porch and carport The front door is hinged on the left and 90cm wide Thumb turn on interior for keyless exit The front door opens into the hall area. Through the inner door hinged to the left and 90cm wide is the lounge/kitchen/diner. The room has a rough flag stone floor. There is a mat between the front door and the lounge door. The light switch is on the wall on the right. The main light switch is just inside the lounge door on the right.
On the work surface in the kitchen is the Welcome Park which has all the details about the cottage within it. There is one 3 seater sofa and one 2 seater sofa There is a TV with remote control, a DVD an MP3 player and radio The dining table has two drop leaves. There are 6 dining chairs There is a dresser with 3 cupboards holding a small library of books, maps, CDs, DVDs, games etc A coffee table is situated between the sofas and TV There is free internet access if you wish to bring your lap top There is a small log burning stove in the corner of the lounge A starter supply of logs, kindling and matches are supplied Laundry/dishwashing There is a front loading washing machine available in the kitchen units. The washing machine is 40cm wide and 86cm high In the cottage a drying rack is stored in the hall cupboard A retractable washing line is available outside Thee is a standard size dishwasher situated in the kitchen Shop

Spare blankets are store in the wardrobe Ensuite shower room This is accessed from the bedroom, the electric shower is 80cm x 80cm quadrant with a low level entry (tray is 50mm) with double sliding doors. The shower operates from a switch in the bedroom. The basin is 60cm wide and the toilet is a standard height Bathroom door is 90cm wide, opens with a thumb latch and is hinged on the right opening into the shower room Self-catering kitchen The kitchen is off the lounge. The floor is rough flags Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are situated on the wall next to the fridge The work surface is 90cm high and 60cm deep. The sink and electric hob are also 92cm high
Above the hob is an extractor unit which operates by controls at the front. There are wall cupboards as well as under bench cupboards and drawers A microwave is available on the work bench to the right of the hob The dishwasher is under the bench to the right of the sink. The door opens from the top downwards There is a built in fridge and freezer Catering standard crockery is provided in the cupboards above and below the work surfaces. Glasses and cups etc are in the wall cupboards The electric oven can be accessed from the front.
