INSTALLATION CHECKLIST 1. Install the anchor assembly (M0-4) into the concrete base and align with the traffic flow (see figure. a) For concrete installation (required in weak soil), a 48" deep and 12" minimum diameter hole is required for concrete footings. 2. Install anchor assembly allowing only two holes above grade.(3" max.) 3.
