Thermoplan recently unveiled its smart economy model, the BLACK&WHITE ONE allautomatic coffee maker, which lines up with an unadorned but highly practical specification. This, essentially, is a no-compromises professional-standard machine with a cooled milk tank in its base, but omits some features that are less important for everyday operation - a standard spout is used, instead of the POD version, for example. Automatic cleaning is accomplished using a cleaning key for the coffee system, which is inserted into the unit. Operation is by means of a touch display preloaded with a range of popular products.
