Moccasin Making Workshop. $90 per pair of moccasins Keep your feet warm this winter by joining us for an intimate Moccasin Making Workshop where you will learn how to make your own leather moccasins. Each guest will have their own pre-cut moccasin pieces, leatherwork tools and a selection of trim and lacing to choose from. You get to assemble and finish your very own pair to take home. Take this tour with a local artist who will guide you through The Rosseau s varying art displays with collections from artists near and far. Registration required. These days almost everyone has some form of online journal or blog. The written word, whether online or on paper, continues to be one of the best forms of therapy, expression and creativity. A local Muskoka Artist will teach guests in this laid back class, the basics of sketching, journaling and watercolour painting, combining the written word with the richness of hand drawn illustrations. Winterdance Dogsled Tours Meet At: The Entrance to the Five Bridges 6-12, $25 per child aged 3-5 Let industry leaders, Winterdance Dogsled Tours, teach you everything you need to know to mush your own sled in this 30 minute experience without ever having to leave resort property! This is the perfect Canadian winter activity; an absolute must while visiting the resort. Space is limited. Registration required. Yoga. Open to guests aged 14 and older. Through postures, meditation and breathing exercises, you will learn to bring yourself to a peaceful frame of mind. Improved strength and flexibility are the physical benefits of practicing yoga.
