ABOUT connect foundation is a global network with the mission of sustaining the development of talents who have the ambition of becoming leaders. connect foundation is the evolution of connect club of talents founded by a team of graduates from Bocconi University in Milan, with the ambition to connect the future leading class. connect foundation is a nonprofit organisation with offices in Europe, United States and United Arab Emirates. The group started its activities since 2010 and has created over 100 events in Europe, United States and United Arab Emirates. We collaborate with market leading companies for international projects. Since September 2013, our team operates under the name of connect foundation. We are headquartered in the eternal city of Rome, Italy. Internationalism, innovation, partnership and excellence are the strategic elements of the project division of connect foundation. connect foundation is active in scouting and attracting international talents with the aim of establishing valuable team which will take over international projects, exploiting their different cultural and professional background. OUR OBJECTIVES The main objective of connect foundation is the realisation of an Integrated Talent Development Programme, with the aim of creating a new class of young leaders. THE TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME The TDP is an integrated path of experience based on the participation in initiatives and projects for the development and improvement of soft skills. The programme focus is the following: Cultural exchange and social initiatives; Leading and managing challenging projects; Creative high collaborative team and partnerships; MODULE A MODULE B MODULE C MODULE D Educational Activities Social Initiatives International Opportunities Project Participation DEVELOPING SOFT SKILLS MEETING LEADERS CHALLENGING YOURSELF LEADING TEAM AND PROJECTS This module provides the development of soft skills by practical and theoretical advices (papers, articles, interviews, ) which are selected and tailored for participants. During this module you will be part of social initiatives which will allow you to meet present leaders and decision makers. In this module, participants will have the opportunities to be involved in an international programme aimed at boosting cultural exchange. This module is tailored for leadership skills development. Participants will also focus on developing greater self awareness of their own leadership style. Self-Assessment Leadership and self-management Business case Decision Making Time Management Participants will have opportunities of sharing, locally or globally, ideas and projects with decision makers. Networking Mentoring Coaching Events Participants will have the opportunities to do an international experience within the foundation or in collaboration with leading partners. Job Placement International exchange programme Grant Participants will act as entrepreneurs, facing real challenges, becoming active ambassadors for the foundation and developing projects in partnership with external organizations.
