Master en Business Project Management Master in Business Project Management (Bilingual English / Spanish) DOUBLE DIPLOMA ESCP Europe UPM José Ramón Cobo, Associate Professor, ESCP Europe (Department of Information and Operations Management) Ph.D. in Engineering, Organization and Logistics.. Research areas: Project Management and Organizational Behavior. The objective of the Master in Business Project Management is to prepare participants to boost their careers in international business development and project management. This is a double degree awarded by ESCP Europe and the Polytechnic University of Madrid. The programme covers management, financial, economic and strategic issues, with an emphasis on the development of negotiation skills. This Master includes a two-week International Seminar, in which students have the opportunity to choose between two circuits (Asia or Latin America) according to their professional interests. Furthermore, students also go on a one-week study trip in Brussels, where they visit the European Commission institutions and work on case studies with one of our partner universities. Within the Master, students can enroll for a training course and exam to obtain either International Project Manager certification (PMP ) or the Certificate of Associate in Project Management (CAPM ) awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI)50% of the modules are taught in English and the other 50% are taught in Spanish. This full-time programme lasts 12 months, starting in September. The first 6 months of the programme are devoted to the presential course modules. One of the most important of these is the International Consulting Projects, in which teams of students work together to come up with solutions to real challenges facing the participant companies. From March onwards, students complete a four-month (minimum) internship and work on their professional thesis. TORINO

The thesis accounts for 30 of the 90 ECTS credits obtained over the course of the year. 2. International Seminar Study Circuits: Asia or Latin America The International Seminar is developed in collaboration with ESCP Europe s international partner universities. The two-week seminar gives students the possibility to choose between two destinations in emerging countries: Latin America or Asia. The objectives of this seminar are to: Enable students to immerse themselves in a new economic, social and cultural context. Study in our academic partner institutions. Experience the business context of emerging regions. Strengthen their capacity to adapt to different contexts. To complement the academic dimension of the trip, students visit different companies as well as working on group projects that explore and provide solutions to real problems being faced by companies in the two regions.
Admission Participants ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Eligible applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Candidates holding the following degrees are eligible: A first or Bachelor degree (Spanish and International students) A degree from a Gande Ecole (French candidates) Other degrees equivalent to the above (please consult us) Admission Process Step 1: Complete the online application form. If your application is accepted you will be invited to take the written examinations: Candidates who have GMAT or TAGE-MAGE and TOEFL / IELTS / TOEIC scores obtained less than two years before applying will not have to take the ESCP Europe exams and should send a copy of the results of these tests with their application. Students who have not taken these tests must take the ESCP Europe examinations common to all MS/MScs. These include: An English exam A general knowledge test Step 2: Step 2: If you pass the admission tests outlined in Step 1, you will be invited for a personal interview: Eligible candidates have a personal interview with the Master s management team, and are required to solve an international business development and project management case study. Interviews are held on campus and are conducted in English and Spanish. Admission decisions are sent out by email within one week (aprox.) of the interview. PROGRAMME FEES The fees for the academic year 2015/2016 are 16,900 with a non-refundable application fee of 120. Applicants who are offered a place must confirm their acceptance and pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tuition fees.
