. April 5, 2016 Hello Everybody! A great night of dancing as Bill Chesnut suggested calls for the dancers. As he says, they are only suggestions!!. Then Susan cued Round Dancing between tips and kept the line of dance moving. As always everyone was socializing

At the mid-point of the dance Belinda Barker gave her announcements. Of course before she started she asked for a 10 minute timer. Under Joys and Concerns she announced that she and Bill have their fifth grandchild that was born that day. She weighed a little over 6 lb and was 18. Congratulations! Then she followed that by announcing that Bill Barker had to go in for heart surgery on Monday. We all wish him the best. Other concerns were that Bonnie Drake and Jackie Hamlin both fell, so we hope they both have full recoveries. The 50/50 winner of $35.00 was Joanne Stenski She donated $8.00 to the club Convention fund and the Moose now has the $100.00 that we needed to raise Thank you Joanne!!!!!! The winner of the Free Pass was drawn and Pat Everett was the lucky winner Next Thursday April 7 th is the Moose Promenaders Anniversary and Pot Luck Dinner Dance Join us at 5:00pm to prepare for the dinner. We will eat at 6:00pm and the dance will start at 7:00pm Marilyn Scott and Suzanne Tower will bring the meat for the dinner We need volunteers to meet Thursday at 1:00pm to decorate the dance hall for the evening

Sweet 16 Florida State Square and Round Dance Convention May 27 th -May28th Bill and Paula Dion are selling Candy Grams to support the convention. They are $2.00. The candy and your message will be delivered to your special person. The Moose Promenaders paid for a full page ad in the Sweet 16 Florida State Square and Round Dance Convention program book. If you would like to post a personal message in the convention program book, please complete the form located on the flyer table. The cost is $10. New Dance Class The beginners Square Dance Class will start September 8 th. Tell all your friends that this is a great opportunity to learn the fun of square dancing. They will also meet a lot of great people and make many new friends.

NE Florida Benefit Dance for the 2016 Florida State Convention. $5.00 donation requested. April 30 th The Moose Promenaders is cohosting the 5 th Saturday dance called the M & M dance, 7 PM, at Trinity Lutheran Church located at the corner of Park and McDuff streets. Mark Fetzer & Jim Cosman will be the callers, Susan Snider will be cueing. May 19 th Theme Dance leading up to the State Convention, Sweet 16 in 2016. More information to follow. Pat Herscha still has ribbons for the convention May 27 th & May 28 th Florida State Square & Round Dance Convention.
