1. Introduction This deliverable presents the 3 rd and final version of the FOTsis Brochure and Poster, which serves to raise awareness of the project s objectives. This deliverable was originally intended for month M40 according to the DoW. While the submission of the formal deliverable is done on month M43 of the project, the dissemination material had in fact been prepared in month M37 in view of the 2 nd FOTsis Club meeting. 2. Brochure and Poster Presentation The brochure and poster appearances have been carefully elaborated, by showing a clear FOTsis Project Identity, as established in deliverable D5.2 FOTsis Identity Handbook. 2.1. Brochure Presentation The 3 rd version of the FOTsis Brochure is an 8 page foldable brochure and contains the following elements: Front Page: Acronym and full title of the project; the FOTsis and EC logo. The background image has also been changed. 2 nd Page: A map highlighting the geographical scope of the consortium (top left), the number of partners and the countries represented in the consortium (top right), the FOTsis test communities (middle) and a brief description of the project (bottom half). 3 rd to 6 th Pages: Brief service descriptions and overall FOTsis expected benefits. 7 th Page: A graphical representation of how an infrastructure based cooperative systems provider interacts with other stakeholders. 8 th Page: The FOTsis logo, the logo of the partners and the project time frame. The following figure shows Part A of the FOTsis Brochure: Figure 1 Pages 1, 2, 7 and 8 of the FOTsis Brochure Page 7 of 17
In the interior of the brochure (p.3-6), there is half a page dedicated to each service and half a page that describes the overall benefits of FOTsis. Given that the aim of this revised brochure was to explain in a simple way how each service works, each half page contain a small description of the services, its expected benefits and a graphical representation. To illustrate this logic better, figure 2 presents an overview of the pages 3 to 6 and figure 3 contains a close-up shot of Service 1. 2.2. Poster Presentation The 3 rd version of the FOTsis Poster consists of several elements. First of all, the main poster has been updated as shown in Figure 4 and contains the following elements: Top part of the poster: the FOTsis logo and full title of the project, a reference to the fact that FOTsis will test seven cooperative services based on the infrastructure management systems and the number of countries involved in the project. In the background there is a map of Europe graphically representing the geographic breakdown of the consortium. Again, the number of consortium partners has been updated to include the new partner ASM Poland. Bottom part of the poster: a graphical representation of how an infrastructure based cooperative systems provider interacts with other stakeholders and services; a brief description of the FOTsis project and services; logos of the partners; and logos of the EC. In addition, the project has also developed posters for each of the test communities, i.e. four posters (Greece, Germany, Spain and Portugal). Each poster follows the same logic which is explained below: Top part of the poster: the FOTsis logo and full title of the project and a reference to specific FOTsis test community. In the background is a map of Europe graphically representing the geographic breakdown of the consortium as well as a more focussed map which depicts the test site community. Bottom part of the poster: Information about each test site (name, location, number of km, service to be tested, etc.); logos of the partners; logos of the EC. In the following pages, all posters are shown. Page 11 of 17

3. Dissemination Channels The brochure will be disseminated widely by all partners in events where FOTsis is present. This has already been the case during the 2 nd FOTsis Club Meeting, the Annual ASECAP days and the ERF Symposium. Similarly, the poster has been displayed at the aforementioned events and will be included in all relevant venues of the FOTsis partners. Page 16 of 17
