3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This deliverable represents the public website set up for dissemination of the project. The website was designed and built by the Danish multimedia graphic design company, Stupid Studio, in close collaboration with the WP2 leader and project coordinator RSD. Stupid Studio also designed the project logo and leaflet. In this deliverable, the objectives and structure of the website are presented in line with the description provided in D2.1 Dissemination Plan. During the project lifetime, the website will serve as the main communication channel from the project to all stakeholders, internal as well as external, and be regularly updated with news and results from the project. 5 1 Introduction 1.1 Purpose of this document This document describes the MasterMind website. Public Page 5 of 10 V1.0 / 28th November 2014

6 2 The MasterMind website The project website is considered the main dissemination channel for MasterMind, as it is considered the right mechanism to reach the wider public and to disseminate the project s outcomes regularly according to its progress. This deliverable introduces the structure and capabilities of the MasterMind website, which is available at the URL: The website has been developed and will be maintained by the Region of Southern Denmark. 2.1 Objectives The main objective of the MasterMind website is to disseminate facts and news about the project, along with the project s progress and results as they are obtained. The website provides contact details for all project partners in order to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within and beyond the Consortium. 2.2 Structure The structure of the website reflects its objectives, and consists of the following: Home page showing the logo, the project s full name, a list of news from the project, and the partners. The home page changes and adapts to the content of the website as it is filled with more information, e.g. videos and other media. The page About provides an overall description of the project supplemented by an interactive timeline showing key events and milestones of the project. Each event / milestone is represented by a circle on the timeline and when clicked, a short description emerges. The page Services provides information about the ccbt and collaborative care facilitated by videoconference, and how they work. The news page provides a list of news from the project. When clicked, each of the news items shows a short description as well as a link to the partners directly linked to the specific topic. The page Partners shows an interactive map of the Consortium. In the map, each partner is represented by a little icon, which jumps up and down when the mouse moves over the specific partner in the list. In turn, the partner list scrolls to the relevant partner when the mouse moves over the icon in the map. By clicking either the icon in the map or the partner name in the list, the user can access more information about each partner. The page Related topics will be used to gather information (e.g. papers, events, websites, etc.) relevant to the project and its stakeholders. The page Scientific publications was not part of the initial structure, but was added later on, as the need for it was identified. As a starting point, this page will provide a list of the literature included in the development of the scientific protocol. At a later stage, it will contain published results from the project and other relevant publications. Public Page 6 of 10 V1.0 / 28th November 2014

7 The contact page contains contact information for the project coordinator, project manager and operational coordinator in RSD. The website structure has been designed so as to make browsing simple and user-friendly, while the interactive elements give the website a living and dynamic feel. All the contents of the site are organised in a general horizontal menu at the top of every page, from which it is possible to access the specific sections. During site life, the content of the website will be regularly updated and the number of pages could increase. A schematic of the structure is shown in Figure 1 below.
