Rosa company has expanded it s range with ROSA LED. The range includes street lighting luminaires, park luminaires and lighting columns. The production technologies for anodized aluminum columns are also used to produce aluminum lighting luminaires, in which the light source is LED. This combination makes the series ROSA LED not only economical, ecological and durable, but also aesthetic. S LIGHT SOURCE The light source in the ROSA LED series is the CREE LED XM-L with a luminous flux of 280 lumens from a single chip, achieving efficiency of over 137lm / W at 700mA DC power supply. It is characterized by a very low thermal resistance of 2.5 C / W. This allows optimum output by the LED to the radiator. A colour rendering index CRI is over 75. ROSA use the best quality LEDs throughout the product range to ensure optimum performance whilst maintaining maximum economy. COLOUR TEMPERATURE OF LIGHT The ROSA LED series allows selection of one of two variants of light colour temperature. Each luminaire accepts LEDs with colour temperatures of 5000 K a neutral white light or 3500 K a warm light. These variants are marked in the product code number 3 for the temperature 3500 K and number 6 for the 5000 K. The choice of one of these options makes no difference to the luminaire cost but depends on customer preference. OPTICAL MODULE The optical module consists of a printed circuit board MCPCB on which LEDs are placed together with protection elements. It is integrated with a specially designed lens to hold the LED. The asymmetric lens is made of PMMA with increased temperature properties. The whole optical system is assembled on the radiator surface. LUMINAIRES CONSTRUCTION Luminaires construction consists of profiles and sheets of aluminum alloy with excellent thermal properties and thermal conductivity (> 200W/mK). The luminaire body is anodized, which further increases the discharge of heat by radiation. In the case of street lighting luminaires the angle of inclination can be adjusted from + 15 to 15. The colours presented in the pictures are standard colours. The ROSA anodising colour range includes 12 colours available on request at no additional cost. DURABILITY Economical use of LED luminaires is also improved due to the long life of LEDs (minimum 50,000 hours) and correct construction of the luminaire body. In addition materials used, protection of LEDs and effective heat dissipation guarantee the durability of these products, resulting in a significant reduction in service and maintenance costs. PHOTOMETRY All LED luminaires have been subjected to photometric tests conducted by an independent specialist. Luminaires will also be subject to additional tests in our company laboratory. BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVER The LED driver used in ROSA luminaires can easily be removed without tools. It has four current outputs which are used depending on the type and power of luminaire. The driver is also equipped with necessary safeguards: overvoltage, short circuit and LED overheating protection. When the driver control system detects that the radiator surface temperature is too high - it immediately reacts by reducing the LED supply current and hence power dissipated in them. This condition persists until the temperature has dropped to a safe level. Then the LEDs will again work in optimal conditions and the current supply will be increased to the previous value. It allows setting of up to five levels of light intensity during one cycle of light fixtures, which directly affects the lower operating costs. Moreover it is possible to program two independent temporal profiles in one luminaire, switchable by an appropriate sequence of starts and stops of luminaire power. The driver has a light sensor circuit, which allows the addition of a photcell, so that the luminiare has the capacity for automatic switching on at twilight and off at daybreak. ECONOMY The main advantage of LED lighting is its efficiency compared to traditional light sources. At the same light output, LEDs use less energy than traditional lamps - for example, the new MIRA LED 36 park lighting luminaire achieves light output higher then an OPA-1 S-70W luminaire. Using Rosa LED products energy consumption per year will decrease up to 73%. Now available in LED versions they combine aesthetics and ecology with a wide range of LED bollards and LED columns in different wattages as shown below. Karin LED series is made of anodized aluminium cylindrical pipe of high thermal conductivity. Most of the products from these series are anodized which ensures high protection and excellent long life and is available in a variety of colour options.
