Special notes or considerations: There is wireless Internet access at all the hotels. Physical restrictions: While this is an urban experience there will be a fair bit of walking so suggest that participants should be of fair physical fitness. All activities are weather dependent and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or high winds. Travel delays can also happen. Participants must be of flexible nature and disposition. Participants should advise if they have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Single accommodation is included at each hotel. Ontario Tourism Marketing is pleased to include non-alcoholic beverages only with every meal. However, partners may host alcohol at dinners and will advise accordingly.
