Call to Order: Jeff Approval of previous month's meeting minutes: Elaine/Ron - approved Treasurer's Report: Sandy Perley: Approval of Treasurer Report: Elaine/ Irwin - approved Sign Committee Report: Nothing to report Old Business: Video Update Jeff - Still waiting for Mediacom to update video Update calls to Captains - need Andrzej results Socket Update Deanna - Making application for free hosting of website Do we own website domain name? - Deanna - Sam Shelby is owner - we will take over ownership when next payment is due. New web design - Deanna- waiting for Socket web hosting approval Google Drive - Deanna - Info emailed to Board members Neighborhood Specific Trainings - Deanna/Elaine - Will add changes and present at next meeting Signs - Jeff - Picked up from Signs Now and uses at June Watch training at Jefferson Middle School - Jeff made bases and donated the materials. Business cards - Irwin - Donated 1000 Business cards to be used by Board members.

New Business: Fill vacancy of President - Jeff nominated Irwin Schneider and Board voted to confirm Irwin as the new Board President. National Night Out - Amy is working on this and Jeff asked for Board members that had time to work with Amy. September Annual Watch Meeting - Amy will ask for a police Dept speaker to be present. Jeff will invite the City Council member and ask Michael Trapp to Speak. Schedule additional training sessions? - Ron will work on getting additional training sessions scheduled. Tax exempt status? - Sandy will work on this Columbia Citizens Police Review Board - Jeff will contact Steve Sheltmire to visit with us at the start of the August Board meeting and give him 15 minutes for him to address the Board. The Board member will look into options for a new meeting place and present for discussion at next meeting. Board Vacancy - Jeff will contact some of the Watch members that have shown and interest on being on the Board and invite a couple to the next Board meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 7:08 pm.
