4 4 Angie- Women s Here are my commitments for 2014 for...bo-robinson monday night..7.pm Surrender 2 1st-Open 4th-Open Thursday surrender 2 7pm 1st-open 4th-Open 5th Open Sunday integrity 7pm 3rd-open Starting on the 9th of April surrender 1 will need mtgs every 7pm.d.o.c. It is mandatory.this is a 2 year commitment We need women to come out and help at Bo Robinson. Open commitments: Every commitment is at 7 pm and all information is on the website Workhouse: She goes to the Workhouse 4 th Wednesday of every month. We really need help with the commitments. The women that are there love the commitments. Go back to your meetings and let them know that we are in need. You can take it to your home group and offer it as a commitment every month. You cannot have a record or on probation or have relatives. It takes 4-6 months to get processed to take a meeting there, so start the process!! 7 pm on Wednesdays Call Angie! She has forms for the Workhouse. (included) Contact Angie if you absolutely cannot make it and so it could be covered Rich- Bo Robinson- men are getting meetings there. Saturday commitment. Chuck started taking meetings back to the Workhouse. Get the process started. Talk to your home groups about generating interest for these men s commitments! Unity: Pat

5 5 Not present. Trustees: Connie Connie Y- There will be a vacancy next month in the Trustee position. There are 5 positions, and 10 years of sobriety needed. CJI experience suggested. It has been awesome being involved the last 7 years thank you for letting her serve. Alt Delegate: Andrew "Hi everyone, Sorry that my schedule does not allow me to attend the December and January Central Jersey Intergroup meetings. I will return in February The Area 45 Assembly met on Sunday Nov. 16 in Marlton, NJ. There were two items on the Agenda that were both approved. The first item was Area 45 Budget and the second item is a change in our procedures which changed the eligibility of past delegates to vote in the Assembly from voting members to non voting members of the Assembly. The next meeting of the Area 45 Assembly will be held on February 15th. Location to be determined. Registration will start at 8:30am new GSR Orientation will start at 9:00am and the meeting will begin at 10:00am. The North East Regional Alcoholics Anonymous Service Assembly will be held in Somerset, NJ on February please see for registration and details. I hope that everyone has a happy and healthy holiday season and I look forward to seeing all of you next year. 6 6 Trustee- open- Nominate Barbara for Trustee and Fred W for Trustee. Barbara declined. Fred W- 3/17/1990- Yardville Home Group. He was very active in Intergroup a lot in the beginning of his sobriety. He is currently the rep for his home group. Fred is new Trustee. New Business: Chair Position is open. 1 year commitment left. Bring that back to your home groups. 2 years sobriety. Answering Service is open- 1 year commitment left. Evening Answering Service. 2 years sobriety. Closed with Responsibility pledge.
