Aged Care Constitution Hill Aged Care is a modern, purpose-built facility located within the village. It offers 99 comfortable rooms which have been thoughtfully designed to enhance residents mobility and independence. The facility offers high care and low care ageing place with a highly committed, professional team of staff providing excellent care to residents. Single and double rooms are available, all offering garden access or extensive views of the bushland surrounding Constitution Hill. Wellbeing Centre There is a Wellbeing Centre within Constitution Hill Aged Care which is accessible by residents of the independent living units. The Wellbeing Centre includes a Respite Day Centre and a Rehabilitation Centre which has a gym as well as physiotherapy and exercise physiology services. * +Being a resident of an independent living unit at Constitution Hill does not guarantee priority placement into the on-site aged care facility. *Offered on a fee-for-service basis. 4

Nestled in bushland just 30km from the heart of Sydney, Constitution Hill is located close to the retail and business district of Parramatta and there is a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, medical services and recreational activities in the local area.
