DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT In order to secure a seat on the trip, the following payment schedule has been established: An initial deposit of $200.00 per person is due on or before September 9, 2016. A second payment of $200.00 per person is due on or before October 14, 2016. A third payment of $200.00 per person is due on or before November 16, 2016. A fourth payment of $200.00 per person is due on or before January 11, 2017. Final payment or the balance of the trip ($200.00 Student Quad/ $670.00 Adult Single/ $375.00 Adult Twin/ $275.00 Adult Triple/ $225.00 Adult Quad) is due no later than February 10, 2017. All checks should be made payable to Thomas Tours and mailed directly with an enclosed reservation/payment form to Thomas Tours, 2405 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204-2415. Credit Card payments can be made by calling Thomas Tours at 615-292-0470 or 800-292-0470. Please note, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card payments. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individual s responsibility to keep his or her payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price deductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before November 10, 2016 will result in a cancellation fee of $150.00 per person (non-refundable play ticket and administrative fee). Cancellations received between November 11, 2016 and December 12, 2016 will result in a cancellation fee of $300.00 per person. Cancellations received between December 13, 2016 and January 12, 2017 will result in a cancellation fee of $450.00 per person. Cancellations received between January 13, 2017 and February 14, 2017 will result in a cancellation fee of $600.00 per person. Cancellations received between February 15, 2017 and the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $875.00 per person. In the cancellation email, please include the name of the school, grade and destination along with the name of the student and mailing address. Students who have been cancelled from the trip due to disciplinary reasons, academic probation or have changed schools will still be bound by the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
