Introduction to Survey Messages Blackboard Connect 5 now offers Single and Multi- Question Survey messages that can be recorded in your own voice and sent as phone deliveries. When you create a survey message, you will be able to create up to nine questions (for multi- question surveys) and provide up to five answers for each question. Your Recipients will use their phones to press the number corresponding to the answer they would like to give. These results will be recorded and made available to you in the SENT folder in the Connect 5 Message Center. Additionally, you can also export your results in a Microsoft Excel document. Setting up Survey Messages Your Connect 5 account will be set up to send Single Survey Questions without any additional setup or activation. However, if you would like to send multi- question surveys (up to 9 questions per message), you will need to contact your Blackboard Connect Client Care Representative to activate this feature.
