The valve has an antistatic, blowoutproof stem and a fullyfloating ball, and is iresafe approved. The valves are provided with mounting plate for actuator in accordance with ISO 5. The L 33 is available in sizes with full bore and with reduced bore, pressure ratings PN 660 with threaded and welding connections (PN 6 with flanged connections). Installation and maintenance The valves shall be installed in the open position. Spotweld the valve in the required position, and then release and remove all bolts. Lift the valve body out of the pipework. Protect the ball and the PT seals from weld spatter by covering them with a piece of cloth or the like. Weld the valve in position. Leave the valve to cool down before refitting the valve body.
