1. MISSION STATEMENT To provide market leading specialist security & safety solutions through innovation and excellence, in partnership with the client. 5

2. HISTORY OF POC MANAGEMENT LIMITED POC Management Ltd. was founded in 2007 by Craig Morris to provide Private Criminal Prosecution (PCP) services to corporate clients. It developed from Craig s work to create and deliver the most successful private criminal prosecution process in English Legal history, for the UK s largest media brand. Since then it has evolved, through investment in accreditations, employees, and technology, to become one of the UK s leading specialist security suppliers, providing a wide range of services including investigations, surveillance, physical protection, emergency planning and CCTV (both covert and overt) supply and installation, whilst still maintaining the PCP concept and skills. The company s reputation for delivering market leading investigative and security support has led to engagement with Clients such as: Ministry of Justice UK Borders Agency Multiple NHS Trusts and CCGs Her Majesty s Prison Service EADS (Airbus) Group Vodafone T- Systems Serco Several leading logistics companies (names omitted for confidentiality reasons) Dragon Infrastructure Solutions SmartWater Technology Ltd. BT Sport Studio at the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park New West End Company Multiple High- Net Worth Individuals POC are constantly striving to build on its previous successes by exceeding its client s expectations on a daily basis, building its reputation, and gaining a wider client base. 6

3. POC EMPLOYEES 3.1. Value Surround yourself with great people and great things will happen All of our employees make POC what it is, and are the driving force of the service delivery that has gained us such a great reputation. Each individual brings their own skills and expertise, from diverse backgrounds such as: Large Corporate Companies Small Businesses Public Sector Law Enforcement Military Skilled trades Bringing this unique combination of experience to its clients allows POC to deliver proven security techniques and tactics to all business risk environments. POC pride themselves on a very happy workforce, who enjoy their work, and are therefore motivated to deliver the best possible results to our clients. 7

3.2. Training & Development We want to make our great people even greater To ensure we are always at the cutting edge of our industry, POC recognises the importance of great training and development, and as such implement a personal development plan for each and every employee to achieve the following objectives: Individual development, enhancing skills sets and improving job satisfaction To better suit the client requirements Improve the ability to fulfil their job role POC encourage an ever evolving and learning environment where everyone can contribute to the success of the company and its clients. 3.3. POC Values Mighty oaks from little acorns grow We often liken POC s growth, stability and strength to the simple analogy of a tree. POC have harvested the relevant skills, expertise and knowledge through decades of life experiences, professional experiences, and most importantly, law enforcement and security experiences. Such a fertile root system has enabled the organic growth of a healthy, stable trunk, providing the structure needed to branch out, feeding off of the highly experienced roots. In turn, each branch of the POC business adds to that strength, and immediately contributes to the success of the company, sharing its strength and adding to the root system. The POC family shares its strength and relies on each member equally to encourage further growth. POC recognise that no one part of the family tree is more important than the other, and our management structure reflects that. We operate an open- door environment where every idea and contribution is valued. Staff members are encouraged to challenge decisions, processes and methods to continuously improve the service delivered to the clients, through multiple feedback mechanisms across the business. 8

4. CUSTOMER- CENTRICITY A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider on our business. He is a part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so. MAHATMA GANDHI Everything POC do is focused on delivering what the customer wants, aiming to exceed expectations. We do this through astute relationship management and effective communication to understand their business strategy and develop the appropriate solution. From a security perspective, our clients brand reputation is key. Without our clients, we would not exist, and we therefore protect their brands as if they were our own. We align ourselves to our clients strategies, processes and cultures ensuring that all of our services are delivered with maximum impact but minimum disruption. 9

5. INNOVATION You can t improve what you can t measure. POC regularly invest in new and proven technologies in order to streamline and simplify processes, not only to lower costs, but to improve quality and the overall service delivery. In todays constantly changing world, it is import to stay ahead of the curve in all areas to continually ensure that the service provided is the very best in the arena, and is one that sets the benchmark for the industry. POC are the first security company in Europe to utilise the Siemens RFID- Based Selective Vehicle Detection system to control traffic light systems during our high value load protection services for a Global Aviation giant. This ensures a safe, predictable traffic flow whilst negotiating traffic hazards during a secured convoy stage. For over 12 months POC have been utilising cloud servers, secured by Amazon Web Service s 256- bit encryption. This enables us to access data remotely, reduce storage costs, reduce hardware costs, increase flexibility, and share data easily, whilst maintaining security. It has also allowed quick review by our client of daily reports and data to minimise printing, and large email exchanges. POC have been working hard to develop IP based covert camera technologies. Whilst overt CCTV systems have been moving over to network IP cameras for some time now, their advantages have not been seen as widely in their covert application. We are investing heavily on research and development in the secretion of the more advanced, higher resolution cameras providing greater coverage and clarity. POC are a strategic partner of SmartWater Technology Ltd. who are a leading innovative manufacturer and supplier of forensic marking systems to deter crime and provide a credible and proven source of evidence in a Court of Law. 10

POC are involved in the early stages of development and feasibility studies to utilise advanced RFID technologies in asset tagging, environmental and management control systems, as well as many other applications. To enhance safety and security in our physical protection projects, we have also invested heavily in Vehicle Mounted Variable Message Signs, Microwave Perimeter Detection Equipment, Thermal Imaging and Light Intensification Devices. In addition to technology, we are constantly reviewing and monitoring the security industry developments to shape our processes and procedures. For example, as a result of the Leveson Report, we feel that the Private Security Industry will soon become heavily regulated, which we welcome whole- heartedly. We have introduced effective mechanisms and standard operating procedures well in advance of any regulatory guidance to ensure that we are aligned with law enforcement best practice to remain ethical, proportionate, legal, and accountable.
