YOU shall do whatvr is ncssary to scur such rights. YOU shall do nothing to prjudic such rights, and YOU shall xcut and dlivr to US instrumnts and paprs rquird to ithr scur or maintain such rights. All amounts rcovrd by YOU for which YOU wr prviously rimbursd undr this CONTRACT shall bcom OUR proprty or th proprty of OUR dsign and shall b forwardd to th sam by YOU, up to th total amount paid by US undr this CONTRACT. ARBITRATION In th vnt of any disput concrning th intrprtation of this CONTRACT by US and/or th ADMINISTRATOR, YOU agr that it shall b rsolvd by arbitration in accordanc with th Arbitration Ruls of th Bttr Businss Burau ( BBB ).
