The programs provide career-development challenges through a powerful combination of targeted training, mentoring, coaching and robust rotational assignments. In addition, associates receive performance coaching, technical skills enhancement and leadership development from experienced professionals across the finance organization. ENGINEER IN TRAINING PROGRAM PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Engineer in Training (EIT) program is an entry-level program for engineering graduates from all around the world. During this six-month program, seasoned instructors will provide real-life, hands-on projects along with formal classroom training in order for the participants to gain exposure to Rockwell Automation products and our Integrated Architecture system. Upon completion of the program, EIT graduates hired for the United States are placed throughout the country in different Rockwell Automation field locations to begin their career. Participants will learn core Rockwell Automation product technologies and develop fundamental field support engineering skills that will further enhance their abilities in problem solving, communication, teamwork, leadership and project management.
